In the beginning Paytm started with zero convenience fee , but now they starts charging huge convenience fee , which is as equal to others apps , really disappointed and frustrated experience with this app - so better book flights with others best apps - such a scam app - to attract customers and later on they behaves like real scammers-so stop making fool to customers or Indian people

Good app for travel booking. Tried flight booking.. worked smoothly. Filters are easy and search is quick. Zero convenience fee is a big saving for me. Booking via AI flow was awesome.. not sure any other app has this deep integration and best results. Design is clear and simple, not too many things on the screen. Overall feels fresh
