Unprofessional Support & Broken System
Payunicard is extremely crude—nothing works as expected. Their staff, like Beka Adamia, don’t even understand how their own system works. He implied that my last name was misspelled because I entered it wrong, when in reality, names are taken directly from passports during verification. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. If the staff doesn’t even know how their own product works, how can they handle customer issues properly? Avoid this service if you value reliability.

Code to confirm account never been send
I wish I could start using the app unfortunately it doesn’t send the sms code so I never was able to confirm my phone number neither my account
The worst app
I opened one more multi currency account, which is paid service in payunicard. But i wanted to be able to send and receive Euro and dollars on one account, so i did open.
And after that i tried to send the money - USD this time to my payunicard by card number. Guess what i received? You think USD? NO - I received GEL on my “multi currency” account and received -50usd less in GEL then i sent in USD, because it converted with their poor exchange rate.
On my all questions to support they say that i had GEL “priority” in my MULTI currency account 🤡
I dont know what is definition of MULTI currency in the universe of payunicard, but for me and many other normal services - that means i can send and receive same currency which i sent on my MULTI currency account that currency supported by account..

Awful app and service
Maybe the worst financial app I ever used on iPhone. You are a hero if you've passed the account verification in 1 attempt
Very crude service, not much works
I’ve given 3 stars only for the idea of crypto/fiat wallet(it can be 2 stars), but everything is too crude. I don’t know how WhiteBit can work as a partner with this service and announce collaboration. 3 time I’ve tried to do KYC - it doesn’t work, not verified without normal feedback. Developers, what about customer service and support and when this service will be worked correctly? If we fix these problems, I can change my mind and check my feedback. Thank you for good idea, but a lot of thing you should do yet
