App keeps crashing
The app crashes every time I try to open it. I have to delete and reinstall every single time. Why have there been no updates in 2+ years? We pay enough money in merchant fees come on.

This is worst company , the app never work , they been charge fees of $55 every month for more than 2 years even though I didn't use any service from this company .
* I tried to trust them again re-use the service on SEP 2017 , I charged $2000 from my customers , they charge me $110 for fees .
* now I decide to cancel my 3 years contract with them for $350 penalty . This company is worst. A lot hiding fees. worst APP , don't be tricked like me. Get way from it , they need get penalties.

IOS11 update app opens then immediately closes out.

Have called multiple times to request updates. Have this through my bank. Will soon be switching to Square if not upgraded. App verging on useless.

AWFUL
This company is a scam... They trick you into what seems like a straightforward contract and then hide the huge annual fees and 3-year contract. Cancel now while you can. They will auto-draw from you account with no notice. They just subtracted $350 from me without notifying me.

If you are downloading this app to process cc using your Leaders account, STOP now. Call Leaders and cancel your pending contract NOW before it's too late. Trust me they are a scam. They cost out small nonprofit $100s
Not too client-friendly
Doesn't offer a nice way to let clients enter tips. Should be more like a "place the mobile in their hand and let them complete the transaction" sort of thing.
Irritated...
I've used this app and card reader for three years now without issue. Updated to OS8, card reader hasn't worked for a month and still won't accept the firmware update to work. Meanwhile I'm being charged higher fees to process cards manually. Getting tired of the fees. Square is cheaper and much more reliable.

I work for merchant processing and I'd have to say it's very irritating to have customers that can't process transactions at all!!!
Not working with iOS8
Very disappointed. I couldn't accept any payments from my customers today or tomorrow. I had to key in all the credit cards instead which costs me more money per transaction.

Do not purchase or agree to work with this company!!! They are crooks and charge a bunch of hidden fees and charges that they never disclose. Every time you call they give you the run around!! Do not work with them!!

Doesn't work and it's expensive plus you will be paying a lot even if not working. Avoid it!!!!

Payware salesmen misrepresent charges per month and on their annual fees. I've had nothing but problems with just about everything. They like to give u the runaround. 1 star!
