A seamless experience
PB&T knocked it out of the park with this new app. Logging in is quick, mobile check deposits work flawlessly, and I can see all my accounts at a glance. It’s clear, intuitive, and feels like big-bank tech with a hometown touch.
Dont fix whats not broke
Absolute junk app. Its been months and still no help and still cant use app. And from the people that you contact. Just keep getting the run around and different numbers to call just to be told to call or go to local bank and just to get more numbers to call . App reflects what the bank has become

I really hope the last person that designed the app isn’t the same person cause he’d be declining instead of improving in his work. With that said, it is laggy, format is weird, the filter for your transactions makes no sense it’s to filter 2 things. Doesn’t have the pending option so why put a filter lol. It’s horrible . Honestly thinking of switching banks just for this reason, I’m always on the road so mobile banking is essential for me. I know it switch everything recent, but it should’ve been updated or fixed by now. If it hasn’t because there isn’t any feedback well here y’all go. I’d give it negative stars if I could, just complete TRASH…..

Absolute junk. Still haven’t been able to to login in to my account since the switch. No help when calling someone for help. They are just as clueless
Waste of space
What was the point in paying a developer for this? This app is a lesser version of the ‘old’ version. I hope the business version actually shows business owners their pending transactions etc because for the rest of us, we get the bare minimum; balance, available balance, and posted transactions. PERIOD. My middle schooler could have written the code for this and it wouldn’t have taken an entire weekend plus to push it out to all your users barring all of us from having access to our records. DO BETTER!!
