Doesn’t Work
App does not work properly I tried buying a 500 dollar AC and it should have been free shipping but in the app I was being charged 45 dollars for shipping. And on the web it was free shipping👎
Bad App Need to Change
The app does not work effectively and needs to be improved.
Great company but terrible app
This app is terrible. Doesn't respond to prompt, freezes, automatically logs users out, unresponsive, put the phone down for two seconds and you have to reboot everything and start a fresh search. It's inexplicably poor.

Terrible! Tried for an hour to checkout!
Went round and round again just trying to actually checkout!! Horrible, between the app’s sluggish time loading even on WiFi to items in cart updating to finally getting to checkout, unreal! Then only to find it would not continue with ApplePay.
I even went so far as PayPal checking out thinking that would get it done and it still failed!!
Needs serious developer help is all I can say after wasting over an hour!!!!

Unbelievable
I am never able to open this app so frustrating to use if.
App is useless
Please someone spend the money to make this App useable. I want to be able to research past purchases with warranties and make payments. Seriously update it now!
Useless
I could not even open the account tab to enter my log-in creds. Will stick to my laptop.
Features don’t work
Unable to go back to search where you looked up for something specific, but not down to a brand name. Unable to open account page, and shop page.
Only areas that worked for me was the home page, and the cart page. Everything else did not work (you get a black page when you click on account, or shop)
Please fix. It is easier to go on a web page and look through rather than using this app. It is a waste of time trying to do anything on the app. Very frustrating that the app does not work.

Pc Richard insurance service doesn’t work. It’s cheating. Also I can’t login credit card Servie.

I never give them even one star because when I tried to order my stuff, they asked me for my ID and I have to take a picture and then after that, they never send me my stuff

Major Glitch
The app reloads and clears everything every few seconds. Can’t even browse. Too bad

Won’t let me type more than 2 characters before page reloads. Tried several times and closed and relaunched app to no avail. Fix it if you want my business

I have this app for a while and very hard to log in.
Can’t log in into the account
You can’t log in into the credit card account at all. You put your credentials but nothing happens. What’s the point of an app if you can’t access it and make payments.

I’ve been unable to login the credit card portion of this app. Very inconvenient. Will pay of and will not do business with pc Richard anymore
Unable to login into the Credit Card Account
I had this app for awhile, but some time last year, the feature to login into your PC Richard CC account stop working. The login page would load but after entering your login info, and selecting to login, nothing happens. I have to use my web browser to access the account for payments. I just deleted the app today because there was an update a month ago but it didn’t fix the issue

All of the current sale items are listed first. Once you enter the app, you’re able to sort by best selling, highest rated, price, color, size and features such as gas or electric for a range top.
Login not working
I can’t login anymore to my account so I can pay my bill. I click login and it doesn’t do anything.
