Process:
1. You will get instructions via SMS/WhatsApp once you book the appointment
2. Download this app
3. Upload reports and click on start call button
4. On clicking continue to the app, your browser will open this app if it is already installed on your mobile phone
5. Once the doctor joins the call, you will be able to have your teleconsultation with the doctor
