Long time user, want off this ride
I’ve been an app user for peach state for almost a decade now. Worked wonderful for the first few years, then a horrible infestation moved in and everything spiraled into Tartarus. It seems near endless now, for the past several months at least. If you take heart medication or if you are an anxious person this app will do you zero favors so be careful.
If you have more than one debit card for a partner, if you lock your cards for safety, or even if you have a credit card or a loan through the app that needs attention? Good luck. The app will have you calling support frantically trying to find out if your account was hacked. If your account was deleted. Even if you suddenly aren’t showing all of your cards.
The anxiety fueled rollercoaster you deal with now isn’t worth the headache medication it takes to stomach logging in to see what could POSSIBLY go wrong today. If you break lexapro, you have gone too far.

check deposits
They take entirely too long to deposit checks, making you think you did not upload it right.
Annoying
This app is good when it works and annoying when it doesn’t. Most of the time it doesn’t work. My mom and I have had issues with this app. At the moment, I can’t even log to check my balance.
Update
App is not working after updating. Tried multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled, different devices…nothing works. Won’t load login page. Worked just fine before

Can’t access
Even if I delete the app and re-download it, I get a message saying my app is outdated. I cannot access my account through this.
Multiple logins
I have to log in each time I use the app. Please fix this.
Ugh
I can’t even get into the app. It just stays stuck in the landing page. I used to love the bill pay, but ever since you guys went with a different app, nope…instead i go to each individual company’s (electric, water, etc) page and pay from there.
Biometric identification
Can you please fix the problem with the biometric login. I can’t get into the app using it and it won’t even let me set up the biometric identification even though I already have it set up. This has been an ongoing problem since they worked on the app the last time.
Works Great!
Given the very low rating that this app has for now, I was very skeptical. But now I use it to login and check my balances instead of using a browser. The best part about it to me is being able to deposit a check if someone gives it to me. Taking a picture of both sides of the check and hitting submit is easier to do than having to spend time and gas to go through the window.
I would advise people who are having a problem to update your phone’s software. After that, update all of your apps to the latest version, or at least search for this one in your App Store and install the latest version, and finally, restart your device.
90% of problems that many people have with apps is that all of them build up cache files and you can’t expect things to work smoothly when they are never cleared out. Restarting the device is the only way to clean out old temp files, etc., and fixes so many problems.
So if you’re looking to try this, I would say to try it out and try those steps if it crashes or what have you. At least for me it works great, and I’ve used it for a few months.

Ok when it works
Continue to get “unauthorized user” error and have to uninstall then reinstall…repeat every couple days
VERY DISAPPOINTING
When you look at the current landscape of banking, to have an app the poor is almost like malpractice. Other than look at your account, and move money between them, this app is useless!!!
