Great service. Easy website

Love website.

Good luck

New app is difficult to use. Doesn’t let you use functions that are built into the app. Why have a bank app that doesn’t let you control your own money?

How do I transfer money to make payments?

Everything else seems pretty straightforward

Where is Zelle

Need Zelle back

Zelle disappeared.

I can’t use Zelle and all FAQs are wrong

Don’t like having to reenroll

I have not used the app yet, but I was very frustrated trying to sign into my old app and I did not have access to it! it was just my luck that it was on the weekend. I had to wait until the week to get in contact with somebody to be able to have access to my account. I don’t like new systems. They said it was posted all over the website. Well when somebody has an app we don’t go on the website so we would not see that these change We’re going into effect. It’s just ridiculous.

Not great

This is ridiculous that we needed a new app and to re-enroll. Can’t send money back and forth by Zelle which was not supposed to be affected. The look is a little nicer but had no problem with the previous app. Should have left well enough alone. No issues as BCFCU. Peake needs to get back to some peak performance.

It wasn’t broken!!

My first app review after being an iPhone user after decades. This app was my breaking point apparently. Anyway, this is the perfect example of if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. Why the change from BCEFCU to Peake, I will never understand. After a frustrating day of trying to enroll after already having a log in and password for BCEFCU, I’ve now “reenrolled”, only for my new username and password to not work. Log in help shows me the username and password I’m inputting. I can log into the website(sometimes) but not the app. Why? Why did we have to change? I haven’t had any problems with the website and app before the rebrand and it’s been such a nice banking experience, until this. I hope they figure this out.

I don’t like having to re-enroll when I already had a username and password. I can’t find my member number because I can’t log in, now I’ve got to call in during normal business hours (when I am normally asleep).
