Terrible app

It’s wild. Their banking app has now been offline for 4 days. Their excuse is that they sent a letter informing. It doesn’t matter. 4 days with no online banking is insane. How have they not been able to get back online????

Can’t Even Open the App

Banked with JHFCU for 7 years. This year the app suddenly begins crashing every single time I open it. Can’t check my balance, deposit a check, or anything.

Edit: it’s been a year and the app still doesn’t open.

New upgrade-Oh how I hate it!

Please choose a different layout I hate this new upgrade. I love the ease of the app but the layout is horrible.
