What's New in Peaks

2027.1

October 7, 2026

This update makes Peaks work more smoothly across your devices. We improved Health data handling on iOS 27, so your sleep and rhythm information should stay up to date more consistently. Your rhythm and Optimal Times now sync better, and widgets refresh when your day changes. Apple Watch complications also received several improvements, including better Pro access, clearer loading states, and chart rendering that works properly with single-colour watch faces. Thanks for using Peaks! Flo & Clemens

User reviews

Very good app but could have some improvements to beat competitors

Good app, includes circadian rhythm with peaks notifications and sleep dept but not good notifications and tracking for latter. UI could be improved as well to give you a better look to sleep stats on top

Poor value for the money

Not useful at all

Could be so good

Another app let down by reliance on phone for notifications. I don’t always have my phone with me. I need notifications triggered by the watch alone to alert me to the different stages. Otherwise good.

Incredible

This app has completely changed the way that I view my daily cycle. As someone medicated for ADHD, I’m always very productive in the morning, and this app has shown me that when that hyper-focus ends, it doesn’t mean that the day is over. The sleep data is also phenomenal and bridges the gap between the bare bones Health app, and others that have too much info for average users. Looking forward to further updates!

What devices is Peaks compatible with?
