App Needs Major Improvements

I canāt make any transactions or even change my phone number. It keeps sending me to broken pages or pages that donāt exist. To make things worse, I canāt close my account because I canāt sell my shares without updating my phone number, and I canāt update my phone number.
What a nightmare. Please fix these issues.

New investor
Terrible couldnāt login to the app the support doesnāt even know why I couldnāt invest. All in all a bad experience and now canāt even make a new account. Need to make it easier for new investors

Been very happy with platform so far and customer service was great to set up me up so quickly.
The best
Easily the best and easiest investing app for Aussie investors. I love the exposure to the US market too if you want that, and long term focus
Buggy and crashes
Brand new customer, keen on using all of pearlerās fantastic wealth management and investing tools. But Jesus this app is buggy, unresponsive and crashes at the slightest workload. I have a 15 plus so itās not my fault.

Not worth it
I tried moving my portfolio to Pearler. The team is engaged and tried to help but is not able to provide reasonable supports. I was asked to upload the same document wet signed in three different versions and encountered multiple bugs. Ultimate had to another broker.
To hard to take out money
It takes seconds to have your money transferred into the app but I had to take money out for an emergency its been more than a week and i still havent got the money. wouldnāt recommend

Good investment service I guess? Shame about the app. Login issues constantly. EDIT: now that headstart has shutdown it says I need to join pearler plus to automate the kids investments hahaha what a scam

This pains me
Pearler - I love you, I really do. So this pains me to say - but the app is rubbish.
I get you have probably vibe coded or. Or perhaps you havenāt and you should. I donāt know. Either way itās rubbish.
I constantly have to 2FA. Like inside my secure iPhone I have to 2FA every single time to get into the app. Wtf?
I tried to see if I can disable all security settings (because basically itās so annoying Iād rather it be unsecured than this) but all the menu tab items donāt work.
Iām running latest iPhone and latest OS so Iām afraid itās definitely you, not me.
Even when you get in it feels like an app built slightly before apps existed. Actually I donāt know, maybe itās great, but I restarted it 4 times tonight and still the nav bar doesnāt work.
Like I say, pains me to say, as I love you guys overall and I invest regularly via you, but thatās via web rather than thisā¦.whatever this is.

Glitch Haven
This app is so glitchy it makes using the platform a real pain. Data doesnāt show, accounts donāt link properly, buttons to edit donāt work as intended, Face ID login stops working, keypad to enter mfa codes disappear when you return to the app. Overall a real pita to use

Havenāt even got started yet
I was so excited to try this app after researching all the brokering options available, but Iāve had it several days and havenāt even been able to start! The initial login and subsequent set ups have not been user friendly.. buttons not working, error codes, trying to transfer holdings but requested documents not uploading because the files are too big or the type is incorrect! Alas, I will persevere and hope to actually use it for its main purpose soon.

Core functionality works but just has an overall buggy feel. Verification process is a pain.
horrible signing in process
i have been trying for the better part of an hour and a half to sign up. as a beginner this is discouraging me from wanting to use the app as my first investment account. when it comes to customer service it is all automated with little help for actual problems as there arenāt specific answers.

Rising fees for an already expensive platform
Iāve stuck with Pearler even though itās not the cheapest, because itās simple to use and itās the platform that got me started investing.
However, the recent increase in FX fees for US investing is really disappointing and I am consider moving to another platform. Most brokers you name it IBKR, CMC invest, stake, superhero will be cheaper than pearler

Always log on issues
The app works and works then stops. Thereās always problems logging on my iPad. You try to utilise your phone number to log in and it wont work. Very frustrating to say the least.
