This minor update improves the experience for Touch To Verify logins. When you receive a Touch To Verify notification, you can click on the notification pop-up or open the app and it will immediately let you respond and login to myCloud.

Half works

Can’t get it to work half the time. A company proud of their advancements in technology and the employees can’t even log into their own email from anywhere but a work computer. Please update! As of today, Pearson has not updated this app in 9 months.

Fix it!!

Doesn’t send the code most of the time. Very frustrating and I can’t log in.

Consistently Problematic

Issues arise each time I attempt to login. The “touch to verify” seldom works, you may or may not receive the code. The app overall has quite a few bugs that should have been ironed out before it was released for use.

If you can avoid using it, I would recommend any other alternative.
