Pebblebee tracking device/app is amazing! Anytime I lose sight of my Phone I can rely on it to locate where it is!
App refuses to connect to device
Connected the pebble bee clip to the find me app, but when I try to add it to this app, it says I have to connect it to the Find My app. I already did!
Won’t work
I can’t figure out how to connect it. Won’t go into pairing mode, been charging it for 5 hrs and it’s been lighting up like it’s charging.
Pebblebee for the win
These devices are amazing, I can’t tell you how many times they have saved me from losing my keys, wallet, etc. I have also just purchased the Halo from pebblebee and will be giving one to every person in my family. Such an amazing safety device!!!
Reinvented brand
I love using my pebblebees, specially when I travel. The app is convenient for keeping them up to date and a few extra features like phone finder and Alert which comes very handy to use with my family. Great product!
1 star — unusable, won’t connect, support unresponsive
Pebblebee Card (Card 5) is unusable for me because it will not connect / stay connected to my iPhone (iPhone 17 Pro Max, iOS 26.2.1). I tried pairing many times and followed troubleshooting steps.
Support replied once and it did not work. I am still waiting for replies to two further support requests.
After my 1-star review, I immediately received an automated “thank you” message with a time-limited 20% coupon. I don’t want a coupon. I want a/refund.

No issues for over a year
I have had a Pebblebee Card Universal for over a year now in my wallet. I have had zero issues with the app, Find My iPhone, or the card and tracking it. I do think that the app could have some more and better functionality and it would be nice if the card had close tracking like AirPods for instance. I wish I knew why all of the other people in these reviews have had such bad issues. Also, the tracking on this card is better than my brand new AirPods which is quite nice. This is definitely only with the money if you have some extra cash or need to use up an Amazon gift card like I did.

Not connecting
I have 5 devices. The old app stopped working. I downloaded the new one. No connectivity. I am done with Pebblebe.

Doesn’t work at all
Let’s be honest
We have to be honest about this product. Within about a week or so it’s possible that you will no longer be able to locate your phone from the Pebblebee 5 card. At least that’s my experience. I would love to hear from other owners on this. After I set up the cards for my iPhone and my wife’s Pixel 8, I tested that I could call the phones from the cards, and they both worked. One week later, we can still locate our wallets from our phones, but not cannot locate our phones from our wallets. This reminds me of other trackers that I used eight years ago. They work for a while, then stop working. It appears the reliability has not changed, only the form factor. To my knowledge, the Apple AirTags are still the only product that actually work reliably all the time. Tech-support will tell you to reinstall the cards, but what is the point of that if they just fail within a few days or a week of configuration? They certainly won’t work during a time of critical need, which is the point isn’t it?

Nothing connects — says needs new firmware
Tried all the trouble shooting steps. Garbage.
Simply Doesn’t Work
I’m sticking with Apple AirTags because Pebblebee simply doesn’t work. The app can’t locate any of the devices I purchased. Too bad. I had high hopes.
Not connecting
Older app was better than this latest new app that can’t connect, it says item already claimed and is very frustrating when trying multiple times. Please advise
Not able to update clip through the app.
When I attempt to update my Pebblebee unit using this app, I do manage to connect my unit to my phone via Bluetooth, but the screen then gets stuck checking the Pebblebee servers for a software update. I can’t get past that point.
Maddening Nightmare Of Wasted Un Paid Time. (Mine) Problematic Apps
Right out of the box. I set my two Gps up no issues.. This company use’s 2 apps for 7-9 gps products and it’s problematic for the user. I deleted my information and the old app as it’s not needed. Disaster strikes all the set up I did in the new app was now deleted. Now, every time I try and relink my 2 Gps. I get an Opps Device claiming failed. Now my two new Gps devices will not link back up. I reset both devices. Still no luck. By having one outdated app and one new app you are causing problems for all your customers as you take note here. It causes confusion and wastes time. Time, you get paid for however your customer’s do not. I will be returning both units instead of wasting more time on a product that now is simply problematic and maddening ❗️
