FIXED!!!AI or Live feed not working
Edit to add they have fixed ALL the issues and now this thing is performing above its cost. Great product and a neat way to watch nature
Horrible app
I’m not sure why anyone would say this is user friendly - it’s not. The feeder itself is fine. The camera has good resolution and seems well built. I’ve had it for a year and the app keeps getting worse. Now I get random recording lengths mostly 2sec and the videos are not in chronological order so I have no idea which ones I’ve watched.
Until the app is improved I would not recommend this.

Gets worse with every update, won’t load livestream
Terrible app, it won’t load the live stream. no time stamps are accurate anymore and all the video recordings throughout the day are completely out of order. It completely misses and doesn’t record every time it catches movement and I mean like it won’t even catch me slowly walking up to it. It has degraded severely over the past few months and the AI is terrible. It used to function decently enough but it’s been getting worse with every update. They’re actively removing features like the daily album WITH timestamps.

Great app
I have been using the app now for about 3 months now. I’m so happy when I get notification of having a visitor. App is very user friendly and I love that you can download the videos to show family and friends what kinds of birds visited.
This is so much fun
I’ve learned so much about the birds in my yard from this feeder. Bird species I’ve never seen before, I’m now able to watch them on the app. In real time if I want! The app is super simple to set up and you can save and share photos and videos to your phone and share with your friends or on social media. Never a problem with WiFi signal or losing connection. This thing is great!

Fun and educational
Absolutely love this app as it sends me info when birds are at my feeder and can identify them for me. I can also share them with my friends and family. It is also a very intuitive and easy app to use.
AI snap shots never work
I pay for premium service and although the camera works good and the 2 way mic function is a bit choppy and garbled but that’s not why I use it.
Any time I try to AI capture a moment no matter how clear the picture it’s unidentifiable.
I know they are all sparrows and finches in my area with a few random pigeons mixed in but I’d like to get what I pay for.

It’s ok but I would have went a different thought
We got our Peckperk as a gift. We were very excited and have been let down. The app takes so long to connect if it does that by the time it connects the bird(s) have already left. The squirrel deterrent is just an annoying alarm that bothers me more than the squirrels. It does nothing to keep the squirrels from emptying it out in a day or too.
I gave it a benefit of the doubt and added a premium subscription. It has done mother. The AI does not work. More importantly majority of the time it doesn’t even recognize my subscription.

Horrible AI. Slow to load. Difficult to use.
First the set up. To try and get it to pair with my network took about a dozen tries.
Second is the system itself. Trying to share access with someone else seems impossible. The Help section says it is easy, but to do so you have to click on buttons that are not there.
And then there is the AI. When you are staring at a beautiful cardinal that is well lit the AI cannot identify it, saying the image is too blurry or dark. When it does pick up the cardinal, it identifies it as a squirrel.

New Update Made App Unusable!
I used to use this app daily and now it freezes constantly after the newest update. It’s almost unusable. Please fix this asap!
Excellent photo quality
Love the quality of photos/videos, but the most recent update has caused glitches in the video in playback mode. The first few thumbnails are an appropriate size, but as I scroll down they are a larger size. I also have issues with trying to access files from previous dates because the calendar image doesn’t fit the screen properly making it impossible to “confirm” the date change.

I’ve started looking up a new bird each day using the apps database and it’s been so fun learning about different species!

The app has been awful and glitchy. Freezing constantly. I can barely use it. Very frustrating for an expensive product. Really disappointed, and considering giving mine away for another brand that works.

Not user friendly. Useless sometimes.
By sometimes, I mean most of the time.since this last update the app won’t load. I can’t click on anything or view anything. The bird feeder is not even a functioning camera right now because the app won’t allow me to view the camera. It’s acting the same as any 5 dollar feeder. It is connected, the app just refuses to work. It’s incredibly frustrating. Considering how expensive the bird feeders are, the app should function to literally see the camera.
