Not a fan
Honestly terrible. They’ve made it so you can’t tell how many people are in a reservation unless you do a few extra steps. The app is not good. Right now my calendar isn’t showing the correct dates corresponding to the day of the week, and a few days are missing altogether. We use another booking platform as well for a separate part of the business and the inadequacies of Peek are troubling. Shopping around for alternatives to peek. Wish the app was better, easier for busy businesses to operate at 100%.

Bad UI
The User interface is not good. When multiple guides are assigned to a shift their names get truncated to the point of being unable to read them. Trying to select different types of manifest is impossible because you can't scroll through the options properly. Simple fixes to these fundamental features would drastically improve the app

Could be better
Too many updates. Every time a new update is made I have to completely uninstall the app and reinstall to have it work.
Going backwards
Wow what an update… now we all get logged out daily on our phone apps. It doesn’t show the entire calendar and yes I know how to work Peek.
I realize you guys are trying to make things better but please release things first to small batches and end users before you launch them company wide.

I’m looking to change back to fair Harbor because this is just unsustainable how far behind you guys are getting

Hard to use Mobile app
Why is the mobile app so hard to use!? It doesn’t show you how many tickets for each event you sold, you have to click in to each reservation, bow booking and add up how many guests you’re expecting. How is this good design. I didn’t love the app before the update, somehow y’all made it worse!

First let’s start with their platform lacking simple functionalities like providing manifests, lacking ticket options for customers, and miscalculations!!!! Just wait until you send an invoice from the software and they have miscalculated your invoice so now there’s refunds and extras you have to do from your customers bc Peek Pro doesn’t know basic math. When you complain, agents like Joshua, Riley, and more continuously beat around the bush avoiding the promises of service they made.
They owe our business money from stolen commissions they kept after errors in their software,
They have zero accountability,
And that’s after the many errors, glitches and daily functional problems with the software and design to start with.

The New Interface
As a guide peek has been giving me issues for the entire year i have been using it but it was usable. Now with the new interface its incredibly difficult to quickly scroll through bookings and verify group numbers. This change helped nothing and actually made guides lives more difficult

Awful scheduling app, even worse when they update. The most recent update turned it from awful to the most unusable app ever you, guys can go kick rocks.
Usually functional, but desperately needs a UX overhaul
I've been using Peek for years to manage my tour company, and the app has been difficult but usually functional. Often times I have to log into the website on my phone to get anything done. With their last app release, I can't log in anymore. The password field is disabled. It won't let me type anything in. I really wish they'd hire a UX person and a QA team to check these things.

Extra log in
The extra log in step is not working at all .. I am trying to open the app and it will not take my email or password.. very frustrating.. I need to use the app and cannot.. totally ridiculous..Cindy Carnrite
Super buggy
As others have said, the app is buggy and takes forever to load existing bookings, and moving your position in the calendar when it does. This problem has existed for years and years without resolution. I’m sure they have their best rocket scientists working on a fix, but it seems insurmountable.
Additionally, it would be real great if we could choose our preferred email client when clicking on a customer’s email address, instead of it always defaulting to Apple Mail. Or better yet, give us the option of copying numbers, names, and emails so we can at least paste them into the email app we use.

Broken App, Broken Customer Service
This App is broken in so many ways. The “Manage Guests” feature is irrevocably broken. In other words, if you want to take a booking over the phone using the app, and your booking has any customer questions, get ready for the app to crash or for it to show you questions from completely unrelated activities. The worst part about it is if you contact customer service, they essentially blame the problem on you, say they can’t replicate it, etc etc. I literally sent them a screenshot of their broken app and they still denied/minimized that there was even a problem. Their solution? If you’re having trouble with the app, you should use Chrome. Turned out their website is broken on Chrome mobile too. I almost got it to work on safari… almost. I think they should release a new feature called “paper and pen.” It would be where customers call in and you write down their booking on paper. This would be 10x more functional than this app. Meanwhile, while businesses can’t take a basic booking because of their crashing app, they keep coming out with useless and disfunctional features without fixing basic things. Want to make a skinny non-fat soy latte while standing on your head and saying your ABC’s backwards? The app can do that. Want to take a booking? Sorry, we don’t do that. Complain that you don’t want a skinny non-fat soy latte and backwards ABC’s and just a functional booking app. Sorry we can’t replicate your problems… must be user error. I’ve literally had better experiences at the DMV - both with their technology and their customer service.

Got an email saying I need to update to new iOS and now I do not receive notifications
Just recently got an email saying I needed to update to the new iOS in order to support the new app updates and now I no longer receive push notifications for my reservations.

Scam company
I am 100% confident PeekPro is a scam. They sold me on so many lies. They talk about partnerships with so many big name travel website and they have no association. They talked about not having to pay commissions at all with these large corporations. It was all lies. The website and the app are complete trash. Get ready for constant crashes and the website not updating. Also they said there would be no redirect from your website to theirs for the bookings process… complete lie. I had several of my regulars call be because there were so many issues when they were trying to book using the PeekPro “widget”. Be ready to never see the $299 you paid and be ready to lose customers. For bookings it takes PeekPro over a week to pay you. They are holding the money. They use Stripe as their payment processor. Little did they know one of my family members run support for Stripe with a team of over 400 support agents. The payments were processed and Peek Pro was choosing to hold the payments. That is what you get with Peek Pro. Also if you try to leave PeekPro they will purposely hold the refund reserve. If you try to call support they will feed you full of lies and try to get you off the phone asap.
I normally like to give a positive to reviews even negative ones and PeekPro does not have one redeeming feature. It’s a trash software with trash support. I wish I had read more reviews before I had switched to PeekPro.

Do not switch to Peek Pro
Dear Fareharbor users you will one day get a call from a sales rep from Peek Pro. Just hang up. They will fill you full of lies about what their application does. Ontop of that Fareharbor does not charge. To use Peek Pro it is $299. For that you get limited abilities in changing booking times and opening new times on the website, and no booking capabilities on the app at all. Imagine losing 90% of you capabilities from Fareharbor. Also PeekPro brags about having the fastest payment processing. That is laughable. With FareHarbor you get paid in 3-4 days. With PeekPro you get paid in 8-9 at best. Also they claim you will have access to cart abandonment data. You are provided a name that is all. The best lie of all was that they had a partnership with Viator so you would no longer be paying any commissions. I asked follow up and follow up to ensure I understood correctly. They have to partnership in reality and they do not have an api team to import the bookings.
So to reiterate when PeekPro calls just hang up.

Terrible App
The app never works properly. Will show that I have zero reservations when I actually have a bunch. Has caused so many problems for me and my business.

It is so unreliable. I give tours in Savannah and you never know if it is accurate or not. It is a very fascinating app. 😱😢
Great App! Always getting better
I have really enjoyed using the Peek Pro App. It’s had a few bugs over the years, but nothing too serious, and the Peek team has done a great job addressing those and continuing to build additional functionality and add improvements to the app.
Love it!

The app is terrible. Use your laptop!
You can make a reservation on the app and it won’t show in the manifest. You can have 50 reservations and when you look at the date it shows no activity for that date. Then you close it and open back up and it might be there. When I use my laptop it’s much much better. This app needs a ton of work because all of my employees are using iPhones and iPads to work this.
