Great for paintings with depth, not great for drawings
I love this app so far but the major issue I’ve been having is the digital fingerprint proving it’s real art. Although I admire that, it seems to only work on paintings where the camera can recognize depth. If you do illustrations, ink work on paper it’s almost like the camera doesn’t recognize its separate from any background you put it on, its taken me over an hour to submit one piece, I’ve tried playing around with lighting, backgrounds and it’s frustrating. Over the span of 2 days I’ve only been able to submit 2 pieces.

Art Reviews
The process of posting art for sale requires a review from Peggy’s team. It usually takes from 1 - 2 days for it to review. However mine has been up since for about 6 days and iv sent an email to them with no response. I was excited to use this app but it just wasted my time!
Equity for artists
I immediately fell in love with the concept of Peggy - empowering artists to benefit from the appreciation of their art. And the app is an absolute pleasure to use - best way to decorate my bare walls!
Intuitive and trustworthy
I have been using this app consistently to follow my favorite artists and purchase some of their work. I’ve done a few transactions and found the process to be intuitive and trustworthy. Great job and a much needed platform for the art world.
Amazing app; slick interface; seamless art; unique AI IP
Have used to buy 6+ pieces of art and even posted and authenticated my son’s art (who is an artist). Truly unique fingerprinting AI technology!
Not artist friendly
Will not easily allow artists to remove their work from platform or delete their account.
Account deletion
Had work up and available for a while. Minimal traction, which is fine haven’t been really promoting or trying hard. But now I want to delete it and it’s saying I can’t.
Good idea but functionality needs to improve
Most of my pictures aren’t loading and I can’t really explore the app. Look forward to seeing how it’s improved though
Artists change the price
I don’t have too much experience with this site, but I bid on a painting where the artist’s asking price was $150. I was the highest bidder but at the last minute the artist upped their ask to $750, kicking me off of the bid. Peggy said that they are allowed to do this but I hardly call that a fair auction. It also turned me off to that artist who did that to all of her paintings as well. One went from $640 to $3,200 at the last second. Pitiful.

I way out
Not a convenient platform with loads of unnecessary steps. I’ve been trying to delete my account for weeks and just comes up with an error message.
Full of bugs.
Improve your sign up system which is long and clunky, and all forms seem to have some kind of input issue. You should really iron all of this out before launching what is an overall good concept.

A cool way to find new artists I never would have found myself. Can’t wait to get my first piece.

Does not allow ANY form of username to proceed. Please fix bugs
Clunky
Slow, clunky have to put all your personal details in for every transaction. Very frustrating. They should look how slick EBay is and learn from that!
Not helpful
Locked into a swipe on art option. Why can’t I just do my own open search ? Don’t appreciate being controlled when I am the consumer and this app is supposed to offer options.

Great potential
Excited to see where they take this. There is a market niche for artists selling anywhere from the $100 - $50,000 range that services like Masterworks is missing and I hope they gain the momentum to make this idea as fair and useful as it deserves to be.

Mystifying sign up
I would like to sell on your app but how can one write one’s e mail with no C in your alphabet? How do you write .com without it? I thought you had a great idea, but guess you do not. So, I ‘d give you another shot if there was any other way to communicate with than writing a review. So I can give you NO review for an App that makes no sense. Your’s J. Simmons
