What a joke

You need to pay 29/mo just to be able to watch netflix/disney+ on top of those subscriptions. It costs them nothing to be able to allow us to access them in just ride. I dont care about leader boards. I dont care about the lessons. I just want to be anle to watch netflix while i ride on my peloton. I brought the bike during covid and have since stopped using it and wanted to get back in to it.

The Worst

Peloton lost all of my account information. Charged me to create another account. Wouldn’t let me use my old information as they said it was in use but claimed they couldn’t find my old account. Tech support is from India and could barely understand anything. Tech support basically gave up and said they couldn’t find my precious account that Peloton charged two days before the account was lost. 5 years of workout history gone because Peloton’s tech is garbage.

Love!... but skip the F bombs please!

Several workouts I've been in the groove and then slammed with the language. Please, keep it clean!

Ehhh

I star cuz its hard and im weak

Changed my life

There isn’t enough room here to tell you how Peloton has changed my life. The Road to Half Marathon program has literally changed my whole mind and body. It was so expertly programmed it has made me into an elite, addicted runner. Filling in with split programs has made me physically more strong as well.

Distance off

This rating is for the distance tracker. I thought I was going crazy when I would use the peloton app to track my running distance. This thing is way off. I ran the same route with onyx backcountry and apple and peleton. Peloton was off by more than .6 of a mile. This is a pretty large error by the app. Any suggestions?

Core product is great but it’s surrounded by mediocrity

The rides and content are great, integration of iPhone, Apple Watch, their focus on great exercise content and trainers is fantastic. The bike and tread work great and are high quality.

In home service is expensive and terrible. $299 expert home installation for the $6k tread plus.

They only deliver in a few weekdays a week same every week no flexibility. When they get here.

Q “how do you maintain it?”

Answer “no idea we just deliver it”

The app is good but is focused on their popularity and what they want to you to see

If you leave the apps to look at something else it goes to back to the beginning

Always guessing where I need to go to desk top, bike or app

Great if it works

Once again pause, my workout came back, and it was unpause, and my metrics were dwindling. So frustrating to try and track your progress on an app that doesn’t function well but more importantly. Has no functionality allowing you to correct it if need be. Meaning remove a portion of the workout that was in error. Just the opportunity the workout so that your data isn’t skewed, but I’ve made this ask before and it just doesn’t matter to Peloton.

Great app

This app has everything. I love the strength but there’s yoga Pilates kettlebell barre and more. The best part is how easily you can search for what you want and get on with your workout in seconds.

Terrible app

Terrible plan subs always pushing to add more subs
Doesn’t connect via Bluetooth, heart rate also doesn’t connect w Apple Watch. Terrible.

App bugs

- Stop resetting Bookmarks page cursor to top of page. The Bookmarks page cursor keeps resetting to the top of the page when you briefly navigate off. This forces me to have to scroll down to reach the intended class

- Live schedule takes a good 5 seconds to load, way longer than before

Latest version breaks Garmin integration

Only first ride of the day will sync to Garmin. Definitely a regression.

Great coaches

Really love the positivity from the coaches and the fellow riders.

Watch App

Watch app is a battery drain and often won’t quit, reopening by itself even when iPhone app isn’t active.

More interaction

They should add goal reminders and notifications

No pace for outdoor workouts on watch

I had to come on here to leave a negative review- to maybe get someone’s attention. The fact that you pace is not available on your watch during an outdoor walk/run/cycle is insane. Need an update to correct this ASAP

Love these peloton workouts!!!

Forced all access subscription

All I have is the peloton bike and that’s all I want to use. Why am I forced to pay $50 a month for an all access that I’m not going to use? I literally just want to use the programs on the screen that came with the bike.

Please fix issues with Apple Watch syncing

There’s nothing more frustrating than starting a ride after you’ve launched the app on your Watch and tapped connect and started the ride and you’re minutes in and come to find out the app is not synced with the bike and sometimes it will eventually connect but then the workout only starts tracking from THAT point forward (eg for your Strive and Apple Watch logs which at this point won’t be accurate since they’re missing the time up to this point). How you have an executive in charge FROM APPLE and this is such an issue - make it make sense! How can you solve this since we’ve had multiple updates and no solutions, I’ve got you - EASY FIX: how about BEFORE a workout begins an explicit popup that lets you know your Apple Watch is not paired/synced. This could be an opportunity to force a connection and fix whatever issue is preventing the handshake from happening properly. Additionally, there could be an option to “don’t remind me about this again” for those who don’t want this popup. Not even on your payroll and I’m working for you!

Edit: this just happened AGAIN. Finished a warm up ride. Went to a normal ride and the Peloton app is stuck in the previous workout even though I’ve closed that completely out and started a new ride. The only option is to disconnect and whether workout data is lost or not - shoulder shrug cus as far as the app is concerned the workout never ended and you just brute disconnected from it. This is incredibly frustrating and deserves some serious attention.

Update 2: please improve the export data too. Why have all this information and different data points yet when someone wants to export said data you severely water it down and exclude things like the Strive score?

Update 3: this just happened again tonight I’m 10 minutes in and wondering why I don’t see my Strive score and it’s because the sync failed yet again. FML. Why can’t yall figure this out it’s be very annoying and some of us are trying to be accountable and need these logs and training data for trainers. I am starting to see why Peloton struggles with subscriptions and the crazy part is you have the loyal user base you just have a garbage syncing experience that throws a boomerang in it. At this point I might as well go use a Startrac bike at the gym with the Apple workout app because that always works with no problems. And costs me nothing!
