The app is not giving notification even I tuned it on . And the on the home preview (the larger display) not showing the pending item

Pendo Widget not showing To-Do tasks – always shows 0/0
I’m having an issue with the Pendo widget on my iPhone.
The To-Do tasks appear normally inside the Pendo app, but the Home Screen widget does not show any tasks. It always displays “Tdy 0/0”, even when I have tasks scheduled for today.
I’m using Pendo version 8.4.1.
I have already tried the following:
Created a brand-new To-Do task as a test it still does not appear in the widget.
Created a task specifically for today still 0/0.
Enabled iCloud Sync.
Used Manual Sync from iCloud.
Removed the Pendo widget and added it again.
Restarted the iPhone.
The tasks are visible and working correctly inside the Pendo app itself.
So the issue seems to be specifically with the widget not reading/syncing the To-Do data, rather than the tasks themselves.
I really need a solution please

失效
时间轴布局的交错总是失效，进入软件时日记栏会显示不属于日记栏的内容。
在页面中任意点击一段文字后上滑再下滑就会出现特别多的空白。
夜间模式下，有时需要重新进入软件才会生效。
日记栏图片有时不会显示。
这款app我用了特别久，非常喜欢它简洁的页面。希望早日修复。

Recently have sync problem and lost data
It's been a very good app, and can sync with iCloud. But recently I have too pay a lot attention because I found I keep loosing data, it just disappear if I don't see the whole text on all devices. And could we have the option to export everything with images please? Thanks!

Beautiful app, poor support and weak reliability
I want to say this first: there is simply too little information available about this app.
There is almost no proper documentation or user manual, so when something breaks or a feature fails to appear, users are left guessing. The app also seems to favor only newer iOS versions, which makes compatibility feel unnecessarily limited.
What frustrates me even more is the iCloud sync design. There is no clear conflict resolution, and the app does not properly inform users about sync status. That makes it very hard to tell whether data is actually safe or up to date. On top of that, there is no separate visible option to enable weather adding, so when the feature fails to initialize, users have no way to troubleshoot it from inside the app.
I am writing this as someone who actually likes this app and has donated before. That is exactly why I am being critical: I care about it, and I want it to be more reliable and transparent.

非常害人的软件，他是照片是引用手机相册里的，删了照片就找不到了
原本以为日记里面的照片是存在日记里了，结果他是引用手机里的照片，开始也不知道删了的照片也找不到了，本来还挺好用的，直到发现想从电脑上登录却找不到账号，手机上看不到自己的账号，电脑上发送邮件也收不到，因为手机上是默认的苹果 ID，如果导出旧日记就会失去照片，真的害人
好评&bug反馈
非常喜欢pendo，已经用了好几年了，记录了很多东西～不过最近更新之后有个小bug，深色模式下写笔记时，熄屏重新打开后字体会自动变成深色，导致看不清，需要退出笔记后重新打开才会恢复正常，能不能尽快修正一下呢？感谢开发者！

存在添加笔记的bug
很好用，记录无负担非常适合P人写donelist。但是有bug…带着tag新增笔记的话笔记会消失，有一条过几个小时回来了，早上丢的一条还不知道能不能找回…

更新介面及資料轉移
看到更新的介面後，感覺介面變得不錯，但是資料的轉移……如待辦，筆記及日記的資料，都只有一部份，很多都不見了！未到期的待辦也不見了，真的不知道該怎麼辦！！請教一下，要如何找回來？？

我問ai小貓使用次數是以每句對話計算還是打開對話到結束對話算一次，結果他回我是開始對話到結束對話算一次，然後….我就放心聊天..免費次數用光了

最近的版本总是这样，写完了笔记，退出以后就不见了，好讨厌啊，有时候写了一堆但是没有记录！ 而且现在如果你写一个笔记，退出以后如果保存了下来会和前一条笔记在同一侧，只有退出重进，才会变成左边一条右边一条这样。能不能修复一下啊？？？
求求了，能修复一下吗？太可惜了，我写的东西，在进入就不见了，太耽误事了。
