Cannot get in keeps giving error message

Faulty App
I have not been able to access my portal in over a year. I have reset my password and still can’t access the app. It’s saying invalid username/password. This has been an inconvenience.
Horrible app
Wouldn’t even let me register. Checked my information 5 times…. Keep getting error message. Paper check it is !
Horrible app/web site site for an otherwise great company
This is an otherwise great insurance company, their web site and app not well designed and are difficult to negotiate and not very intuitive. Additionally they assign an individual customer multiple account numbers instead of assigning a single account number with multiple policies underneath, thereby forcing you to make separate payment for each account and each policy which carry additional processing fees. It’s just a shame the website/and app are not in the same class as the customer support.

I can’t even login. I tried closing and restarting the app, I deleted it and redownloaded it, it doesn’t work.
