Good and convenient
I really do like the fact I don’t have to take the lines again to pay bills and I keep track of my due bills , all in one place . It’s really my favorite . Lots of room for improvement as with everything else but keep up the good job , look forward to more features and updates and additions to the app .

Great Service
Since I’m mostly at work and can’t really take the line majority of the places where you can pay your bills… This app has been extremely convenient to me by allowing me to pay my bills online with no stress‼️😎
Fees too high
Love the initiative but the fees are way too high.
Awesome App
I absolutely love this app. Super easy to use and it’s very user friendly. I’d definitely recommend persons to download the app and use it. It makes shopping and paying bill so easy.
Incomplete
I’ve tried to get verified twice so far. The app advises that your request will be processed within an hour. It took them over 8 hours the first time. The second time, I reached out to customer service who asked for my email address and advised that I will receive an update “shortly.” It took them over 16 hours to get back to. Turns out, I failed verification once again and received another generic email as to why this may happen. After you take a video of yourself, there is no playback option or retakes, it just gets submitted. Same goes for taking photos of your ID. You can’t tell if the picture came out blurry or not, it jut moves onto the next step. Then you need to wait hours (seems like the wait time gets longer every time you try). This app is a huge waste of time. Needs a lot more tweaks.

Hi! We are happy to announce that these issues have since been resolved in our January update. Our new V2 update is live since July 2021 and has been improved.
Need to be fixed
I tried signing up for the app. After sign up they asked me too confirm my email which I used both the link sent and the verify email button none worked and it kept resending me the email over and over. This is a huge problem because no one wants to spend a year signing up for something!
Best Ever
I love the coupons, rewards and cash back benefits. Also sending money to friends and family is so easy and fast with Penny Pinch. Wow well done. Can’t wait to experience more exciting features.
