Security and BTC return

Very happy with this app and Xapo as a business. I’d far rather store my btc (and cash) in a regulated entity than on exchange or wrestling with self custody.

Buggy, unable to approve a transaction

Using the Xapo card for online shopping is a nightmare. Every time I try to pay, Mastercard throws up a verification screen, but there’s literally nowhere in the Xapo app to approve it—so the payment just fails. Super frustrating. And don’t even get me started on their live chat… it’s so buggy it might as well not exist. Total mess.
