Penzy: GLP-1 Diary

Penzy is a private local diary for GLP-1 routines and body changes. Use it to organize personal records created under guidance from a doctor, pharmacist, or medication instructions. Penzy helps you keep medication execution, inventory, body metrics, appetite, discomfort, reminders, and trends in one place on your iPhone. Penzy supports user-entered records for GLP-1 and related medications such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, benaglutide, mazdutide, orlistat, and custom medications. It does not provide dosage recommendations. What you can record: - Medication execution date, inventory batch, strength label, use count, and body site - Medication and needle inventory, batch numbers, expiry dates, opened dates, and remaining uses - Weight, body fat, waist, appetite, discomfort, and notes - Weight reminders, medication-day reminders, and inventory reminders Helpful views: - Home trends for weight, body fat, and waist - Calendar review by medication, weight, appetite, and discomfort - Inventory status for active and consumed batches - Local CSV export for your own backup or review Apple Health support: Penzy can optionally read weight, body fat percentage, and waist circumference from the last 30 days in Apple Health. This access is read-only. Penzy does not write to Apple Health. Privacy: Penzy does not require an account, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not include analytics SDKs. Records are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Permanent unlock: The free version supports local records within 14 days. A one-time permanent unlock enables records beyond 14 days, long-term trends, multiple inventory batches, CSV export, and custom fields. The final price is shown by the App Store purchase sheet.
