THE APP DOESNT WORK AN YOU CANT MAKE MONEY OFF HERE.
i can’t get any gigs because every time someone sends me a gig, and I click on it and try to submit my proposal it says “an error occurred”…EVERY . SINGLE . TIME. no matter what time during the day it is. the app just doesn’t work.

No Notifications
The app is great overall. My only issue is I never get any notifications to my phone. I’ve updated the settings in the app and on my iPhone. This is a real issue for me because I always have to keep checking to see if I received a message including invoices.
Because I’m preoccupied with business matters I forget to check the app which results in delayed replies to my freelancer. The notifications are necessary to help me stay on track and on time.

Great App! Found plenty of good services
I got excellent service from using this app! Great freelancers willing to do their jobs in a prompt and timely fashion most of the time. Do recommend!
Poor Support
This platform has bad UI/UX and no support. The app is missing so many elements to allow you to accomplish your tasks. Cannot block people who you tell no and then they badger you. When you send support a message they send a knowledge base email. No personal support to assist companies at all. We were on here for 3 days and realized it was not a good platform at all.

It’s not a bad app, just way to slow to open anything which is annoying and doesn’t have video call option. It just need more time developing it.
Great app, awful customer service
Lost a project due to payment not going through. The notification told me to contact customer support. Customer service still hasn’t replied after a week of sending emails.

Keep crashing!
Developers are required to fix the crashing issue. It is very annoying.
Amazing app. Extremely slow though.
I love this app! I find a lot of people who help me with various projects because of it. However it is way too slow and has many glitches and freezes. When I am in a hurry & need to get in contact with someone, its hard too because of how slow the app is. We have to communicate via email because of this issue. Please fix this.

Could have been great!
Its a very simple app, but is very buggy. Has a good notification feature but does not refresh its contents inside the app.

Horrible new user experience
Enthusiastically created business account and posted a listing for job we have immediate need for. Got some weird bot applicant seconds after posted it /ignored. Could not edit profile it wouldn’t save any changes - so much for putting a face to our company for prospective hires. Installed the iOS app and were very stoked to start using this tool as recommended to us. All the same we were enthused to post a few more listings for other roles identified, but checking back a few hours later our initial job posting was generically rejected with no reply email to get clarity. So then tried to login again and account was already deleted/blocked. Way to go. So googled and found competitor sites with far better track records. CEO of this company is all about his self promoting blog of living the high life but surely this company will crash from his utter neglect of bottom line

Great Application
I own a small business and regularly post projects to be completed on this platform. The mobile application allow me regularly communicate with freelancers and manage my active projects. I don’t know why this application has bad reviews in the App Store.
Not Good for Freelancers
Unless I’m missing something, there doesn’t seem to be any features in the app for freelancers to find work. This makes the app pretty useless for me, and the mobile site, while able to search for and bid on jobs, isn’t much better and isn’t easy to navigate. I hope that I’m just missing something or that this app will be improved for freelancers, because I’ve grown tired of UpWork and was hoping to find a nice alternative in PeoplePerHour.

The app needs work
The app doesn’t work well on iPhone. The text isn’t visible on some pages and is cut off on buttons. I haven’t been able to experience the features of the app while navigating a gig yet, but I’m not confident it would be much help. I might have to use the website exclusively.
Totally Useless
Of all the apps out there that are by big companies, the PeoplePerHour app has to be the worst.
Because of how terrible this app is, I'm no longer going to use PPH. I am a Buyer and Freelancer. There is not a single feature available for freelancers. What the hell are they trying to achieve by this?!
