About

Peple HR puts your working life in your pocket. View your payslips, submit expenses and register your work locations from anywhere — securely, and even offline. Peple HR is the official mobile app for employees of organisations that use Peple HR for their HR and payroll. You sign in with your Visma account, and everything is scoped to the company (or companies) you work for. FOR EMPLOYEES • Payslips — view every payslip, see the full breakdown of earnings and deductions, open the original PDF any time, and pick up your annual statement. • Smart Expense — snap a photo of a receipt or upload a PDF invoice, let the app pull out the details automatically, then submit your claim and follow its status through to payment. • Mileage — claim by distance instead of by receipt, with the route worked out for you. • Work locations — register where you worked each day and submit your month for allowance payout. BUILT FOR WORK • Secure by default — protected with a PIN and biometric (Face ID / Touch ID) unlock, on top of Visma's sign-in. • Works offline — your data is cached so the app stays useful with no signal, and refreshes as soon as you're back online. • Multiple companies — switch between the organisations you belong to. • Stay informed — opt-in push notifications keep you up to date. • English and Dutch. Peple HR requires an account with an employer that uses Peple HR. If your organisation doesn't use Peple HR yet, you won't be able to sign in. © Peple

What's New in Peple HR

1.2.0

September 18, 2026

Your annual statement is now on the Payslips screen — open it in the app or save a copy, and a re-issued statement always replaces the old one. On an expense line, Upload now offers your photo library or your files, so a PDF invoice can go on a claim as easily as a photo — and a line can hold several attachments.
