Updated App SUCKS and deleted my rewards account
Updated app absolutely sucks compared to the old one… worst part is I lost all my points after I got emails that said that I wouldn’t lose my account or my points. I LOST BOTH and had to create a new account. The reward system was a big draw for me. Guess I won’t be coming in as much anymore.
All of my rewards are gone
My birthday reward for the free entree is gone. Most of my points are gone. My free drink reward I was going to redeem is gone. Very frustrated.
Delays
UPDATE from new app rollout: still poorly functioning app. I do not know who they use for production and management on this - but they need to cancel their contract and find a better app processor. Whereas you used to have issues getting the order location selected, now you can’t even search locations for orders. You type in your address and quite literally get nothing. They’ve also switch to using “Toast” for delivery which I found to be incredibly unreliable, particularly the in app tracking. Not impressed. At least the last app’s issues would eventually cooperate.

Doesn’t matter if it’s using your phone location or your manually type it in. And then you try to get app support (through the link just below) and the page doesn’t exist, it gives a 404 error code.

“New rewards”
First off I had 1,600+ points and now I have 525. It used to be every 1,000 points is a free entree, so if it’s 500 points is a free entree then it would mean my points were cut in half. So I should have 800 or so right? I don’t. Second off the reward for a kids rice bowl on Wednesdays with an adult entree isn’t available anymore. What if my kid doesn’t want chicken strips? What if they want a rice bowl? I don’t know why that was taken off- and it wasn’t told to me by anyone and an email was not sent out or anything so I had no idea until I went to pay in store and they told me that the kids rice bowl was no longer included. I don’t know what was wrong with the old app… at least give me the correct amount of points back.

Doesn’t work anymore
Scanner on the app doesn’t read anymore QR codes, so no more points
App can’t order
App stopped working for ordering and paying. It will let me put in an order and go so far as payment, saying payment accepted. But, the order and the payment do not go through. It just disappears. The only reason for having the app
Closed all 3 nearby stores
This use to be great, but they keep closing stores in the Kansas City area. Now the only way to get to them is to travel over 45 minutes across town to get to them. App has no company contact information. Clearly they do not want to answer any questions…
Doesn’t Work
I have countless apps that work with zero issues. This one errors out every time I try to install it and sign up. Apps should just work on their own. Lmk when you figure it out.
Can’t scan QR code

App downgrade
Latest update to App makes it so you can only add up to 5 veg now, where as before you could add as many as you wanted. Still like the food but til app gets changed I’m gonna stop using it.
App Doesn’t Work
App gives you reward for free entree, but you can’t use it and stores won’t recognize it without “activating it” in the app. When you try to use in the app, there is no way to apply the coupon.

The food is great, the app is not.
I dislike the app due to, with me, I like paying inside instead of using the order on the app. I have to remember to get the app open before I have to pay or I’ll lose out on loyalty points, which I have done so many times. There’s no way to redeem points once payment has been processed, no way to recover anything or a way to scan the QR code to get the points. I love the food, but I really want to be loyal and have points to prove it. I hope one day that someone will get the ball rolling to update and upgrade the app so I can get points.

Not So Great
This has been an issue for well over a year on the app,when ordering a rice bowl,it always says pinto beans are unavailable as an option when in fact they ARE AVAILABLE at the restaurant,hopefully someone can get this fixed so customers can order more than black beans!!!

- didn’t notify me that the restaurant won’t accept guest orders until after I’d completed the entire order process
- no support for password manager autofill
- can’t create an account, phone number is already in use
- can’t reset my password because my email isn’t found

Would not take the promo code
Two dollar off prom came up when I got in the app but when checking out it would not accept the code. Annoying. I was going to make the purchase anyway. Wasting my time with an ad that caused me to go through the checkout process multiple times is not enjoyable. I would have been really happy to just log in and reorder. But now I’m annoyed. That’s a terrible ad campaign
