I have your TurboScan product and really love it but this one I’m thinking might not be up-to-date

Can't even detect words in screenshots unless there are no other graphics or vectors inside it and even then it struggles with symbols like a preschooler being taught algebra.

Ne fonctionne pas après moultes essais
Ne reconnais aucun texte après de multiples essais en pleine lumière avec iPhone de dernière génération. Vous perdez 1€ et votre temps.

Got it to scan a screen capture jpeg, tried a few different setting but I couldn’t recognise a single word!

Not perfect but good enough
Perfect OCR… maybe not perfect but I'm impressed. It works for me on this gen 5 iPod. It doesn't seem fussy, it's really very good… The text editing part of it could use some work but I just move to Writer and fix it. Thanks guys…

Brilliant update after 6 years
What great news that you have updated this neat little app. As I got warnings that it was out of date each time I used it. Today there is an update to 64 bit. I checked on version history. Last update 2011. Let's hope done other older app developers take your tip too

It is not a 32 bit app and will not work on iPhone after the next version of iOS is released (probably next month, August, 2017).
I love Perfect OCR, and would gladly pay for an upgraded version!
