I received an email apologizing about the trouble and explaining it was a mistake made by a subcontractor. Within a day the $30 was in my PayPal. Thank you for fixing it.
As for the app, it's great. They show ads because that's how they raise money to pay overhead, including paying us. I watch the ads while I exercise. You won't get rich overnight but you can easily make enough to eat out each week, or to pay for medicine, stuff like that.
