Performance Golf is the best all-around golf app that really covers all aspects of golf for a golfer who wants to improve. Not just track yours score. Not just get training videos, but everything, root flaw cause effect and truly how to get better and where to focus on your game. I would love to see the ability to take a screenshot of a scorecard and my home by hole performance via screenshots in Arccos or other app to share with virtual coaching and training suggestions in PG1

Club broken in transit and I called support. The young lady was very sympathetic and worked very quickly to putt my mind at ease and that the new club would be sent out and expedited as soon as possible. This is customer support at its best! I got my new Clubs in and they just did not work for me 😢
Customer service got back with me within 24 hours, and gave me the instructions to send the clubs back.

Very Helpful Customer Service
I bought both the 357 and 359 clubs. Tried them for 3-4 weeks. Clubs were not helping my game. I returned both with the help of customer service. Very happy with the entire process of trying the clubs and even though they were not for me, customer service helped me with know questions asked!

Just taken the plunge and invested in the played set of the new One Wedge (50,56 &60) did this all off the back of the promotional advertisement, paid my money but was a little nervous after the transaction ( due to the scammers out there! ) So wrote to the email address to check out my order had been processed and received a great customer service experience, timely , very clear and helpful( not many businesses give this level of attention to detail to their customers Well done you should be extremely proud of this, now I just have to be patient and await the delivery of my new clubs( once I have the I will finish the full end to end review)

Game-Improving Resource
I have been a user of this app for over a year and have found it quite helpful. The online instructional videos are quite detailed and informative. In addition, I have found some of the clubs they offer to be helpful in improving my game on the course. New users would be wise to pay close attention to the offers of free trial subscriptions. Monthly charges will show up on your credit card if you don’t cancel them inside that window. At the same time, I have found them quite helpful and responsive in canceling unwanted subscriptions that I did not intend to have or to use. They have even refunded initial payments. Overall, I give them two thumbs up for friendliness and attentiveness to their customers.

Great service and follow through
Dennis at Performance Golf provided good service to my request to modify an order placed last week. Our golf season in Wisconsin features beautiful courses, both municipal and public. … but it’s a short season, April - November, with some luck. An item I ordered was back ordered and scheduled to ship in August. That’s almost a 3 month wait… not good. Dennis shipped another product and refunded the back ordered item….. that was good. Thank you! Innovative products, great, fast service."

Recently I’ve had two opportunities to contact Customer Support. Each time the response to my inquiry was extremely quick. More importantly, they resolved my inquiry and went beyond the original ask.
Issue with club
I had an issue with my 3-5-7 club. I wrote Performance Golf an email. After sending them back a picture of the club the issue was solved. In addition to solving the problem they also gave me a video to improve my game. Very good customer service.

I had an issue with my shipment, with no luck from the delivery company I contacted performance golf support directly and the service I received was exceptional. Lots to take in!
App is full of great information along with short tips and drills. I especially like the scoring section because it allows me to keep track of past play. Also the gps for courses works very well.
