Issues syncing remote
I want to love my Pergolux but I’ve been struggling with synching the remote. I’ve watched the help videos and no matter what I do, whenever I select either 1, 2, or 3, the louvers move, the lights turn on and the heater turns on. I can’t get each to align with its own number. So I always have to have the lights on when the Louvers are open, and can’t have the lights on when louvers closed.

Tracking Order sucks
Tracking the order thru “shop” is impossible. The app is not user friendly for tracking.
Doesn’t work
It only connects if I hold my phone directly under the control unit but then it’s useless because we have RGB lights but it thinks we have the white lights and it won’t even turn them on let alone adjust them

I should not have to have an app to access my pergola’s instructions. How can that be that important to you all?
App is useless for Pergola Control
The pergola is very nice. But the app only connects to it on rare occasion. I’m clearly not the only one with this issue. This smart connectivity was sold as a feature of the pergola. Please fix the app, or remove smart functionality from your marketing.
