Locked Out After First Use
I opened the app, logged in, and while creating a personal profile hit a few roadblocks discovering I couldn’t create a baby profile before baby was born. While backing out, I got permanently locked out of the app. My email isn’t recognized, my password isn’t accepted, and there’s no other access. Garbage for functionality. Just use the internet.

Great idea however super glitchy
App is probably great, but it is super glitchy and crashes a lot. The developers need to go back and fix some fundamental bugs to make it more dependable then the App is a 5 star app
Outdated
App hasn’t been updated for 2 years, not user friendly at all on an iPhone. Wouldn’t recommend, we switched to Huckleberry and it’s much better.
App does not track properly and crashes
This app does not track properly. I had tracked diapers one day, and then they showed up on every day, even days that hadn’t happened yet. The app also gives error codes while trying to log items. Definitely needs updating.
App does not work
Downloaded the app as it was highly recommend by our nurse, however it does not even open!
Cannot open app
Just downloaded and signed up via gmail. Press app on phone and it doesn’t open.
App - Not Working?
Just had a baby this pst weekend and would love to use the app, but it crashes about 9/10 times of use. Cannot login to the system to even use the activation code. Developers- please fix this app.
Was working
This app was working but now it hasn’t been working for the past 24 hours. It says “Error. Canceled” when opened and there is no way to put in a ticket for customer support or app bug. So I’m hoping writing a review will get someone’s attention.

Looks like a great resource. I coach lots of families and want to refer them to evidenced based support for the care and safety of their babies. Please make this available to everyone whether they have a Code from the hospital or not.
Videos have no sound
The app is useless. Most of the app consists of videos, and as other reviews have mentioned, none of them have audio.
I see some reviews mentioning that from over a year ago. It is crazy that it has not been addressed, and even more so that this is still being recommended in by doctors and nurses to new parents.

Crashing. Glitches.
I am losing all my information I’ve logged because the program is placing the events on the wrong days.

I would love to use this app but it crashes every time I open to use it. I’ve tried just about everything to solve the issue.
Important Information & Awesome Baby Tracker
The app has great information that is incredibly important for parents. Info about how to cope with your baby’s crying, tips to soothe his crying and other things like safe sleep. Really helpful information. I also love the baby tracker that lets me input sleeping times, diaper changes, feeding times, crying bouts, etc. It’s easy to use and comes in handy at doctor visits. Great app for new and experienced parents of babies!

This app has such useful information. It really helped me understand my baby’s crying. I really liked the tracking feature and the fact that multiple people can enter info. Wish all hospitals would deliver this program!
Can’t even use
This app came highly recommend by our nursing team however we can’t even use it. As soon as I open my profile the app crashes, totally unusable 👎🏻
App crashes all the time
There is some decent content in this app but it crashes A LOT! I hoped to pass it along to my parents, who will be watching my baby some of the time, but since it crashes so much it’s hard to to suggest it to them. The app also has various “tracking” functions which I find useless...there are so many other better apps for tracking things for babies that I don’t need this app to also try to do so, and poorly at that.
I really hope the developers work on making it more functional as their first priority!
