Reliable
Connects via Bluetooth reliably. I don’t have to reconnect after it’s been off for a while. The app is simple to use, but it can’t be a challenge sometimes to get it to print out without cutting off the first few letters or word. My worked around has been to write justify all the text labels that I print out. I also wish there were some information about how to get supply replacements.

Upgrade
Since downloading the upgrade I’m unable to use key features such as print templates and print printer settings. Now it’s kind of useless.

Convenient
The best portable printer, have to work with the paper to get the roll out lol but seamless task, good for mobile users on the go, not the high cost of printing services. A must have for someone on the go, connect with your phone and handle your business.
The Best Printer
This is the best thing to happen to Mobile workers. This device has came in handy on multiple occasions and gotten me out of a bind. It will save you a lot of time for the price. Very affordable and very easy to use
Super !

AR feature stopped working
I bought the printer for the cool AR feature where you could animate the still printed images but that feature has stopped working and customer support is nonexistent.
Needs to print Larger
It’s awful that it’s not Bluetooth ready. It’s hard to remember to use the app. Also it would help if I could make the printout the size of a letter not a pic on letter size paper.
