Awful Navigation
I am not able to access the detailed transaction information in my account. I cannot access my mini statement and why are you guys still charging for statements in this day and age? I have used other Bank apps and you guys have a lot of catching up to do. Kindly fix the navigation , it is not user friendly.

Excess fees
Each time you open your mini statement you get charged 10 shillings! Why!

I have been trying to log in but the app is saying i need a five digit password and the last time i logged in i had a four digit password.When i try to answer the security questions it keeps say it is not working at the moment.Fix this please
Fees structure not aligned
3 steps fwd 1.5 steps back….I am having difficulty in understanding why there are still fees attached to things like checking a mini statement! Dear FB that is old school revenue generation…probably appropriate in the manual transaction days! Cmon give the customers a break!
Poor navigation
The worst app on planet just color decoration you can’t navigate easily with menus real ripoff. How the heck they charge for changing a PIN .
