Crashes & delays
This app seems to be getting worse. I’ve used PestPac mobile for 8-10 years and it crashes, doesn’t hold memory, and when you add your agreements and forms your clients don’t really understand how to use it and some don’t even get proposals. PestPac needs to spend some money and pay someone to reinvent this mobile app before every other competitor passes them up!

Bug issues
Newest update removed the refresh icon from history reports, it’s “invisible”. This should be addressed
Android version is better
The calendar for scheduling appointments is god-awful. The android version is better. I also noticed that when I try to search for an account, the keyboard won’t drop so I can’t see what I’m looking for at the bottom but my main grip is the way the calendar for scheduling appointments is set up. I don’t understand why I can’t look exactly the same as the android version.
Update: November 17th 2025 - still hate scheduling appointments with customers with this app on an iPhone. I need to see what days of the week these dates fall on and it’s making me go back to look at the calendar. Also, spinning the time or date wheel makes the whole app slide down.

Number saved
A fairly simple app but if at all possible for the termite and any scannable stations where you put wether or not you have replaced the bait you could add it to the products used before so most of us techs have a number of baits to go off of when replacing stations and other types of baits.
Logging out
So can y’all please fix the issue with getting logged out every time you close the app, this is the first time it has done this and it’s kinda annoying now to have to log in every time thanks and have a blessed day
Not sending form contracts
When I go to send a contract through the forms section, after I click on the customers email, the send button does not pop up in order for me to send the agreement to the customer. This only happens on the most recent update of this app
Terrible
Given us so many problems this past year. Now. It keeps freezing, keeps logging us out, forced to log back in. Also, the app keeps closing and kicking us out to the home screen. This makes us inefficient in providing our services. Very disappointed with this app.
App functionality
I’ve used this app for the past year through my company. It’s been very useful and helped me to keep my schedule organized and keep me punctual. I’ve had very minimal issues or complaints while using it. Would recommend if you’re in a company environment or even just for using the software for personal use. Lots of features built in and issues are resolved quickly when they arrise.

Overall I think this is a great app and is fairly user friendly. There are a few features I wish it did have. 1. I wish you could view all the individual devices at one time rather than going through every subsection to view them. 2. I wish could have a favorites category for pests. 3. when using the acronym codes for pests I don’t like that I have to pick the pests twice. Just seems like a waste of time.

Great company.
There is a lot to take on with this software. More stuff them most companies will use. The training staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly answer questions and make things easy to understand.
Disappointed
After the latest update I can’t even check off Sentricon stations as being completed. The app tries to tell me to “scan stations in order to proceed”. Well, that would be all fine and dandy if I could actually do that without the app trying to add a new station every time I scan a station that’s already been installed. Please fix this so I can just click the station and mark that it’s been inspected!

Amazing App

That being said, the app is phenomenal. Only problem I’m having is that when I go to make a “Favorite”, for some reason “Target Pests” & “Areas” do not save!
Developers said no one else has had this problem but if they could find a way to fix it then that would be great!

PMP for 29 years
The app is good but needs to be able to make pest service appointments when they are do , instead of just putting it down for the next month. Some Customers are done at Quarterly intervals.

Works great
Works great for working with it. However when adding material I would love if you guys made it where you could select multiple materials so it would limit time. Only take a minute but if you save a minute each job and 10 jobs a day your saving an hour per week which would benefit companies on time management!

Barcode Nightmare
Barecodes take half the job to scan
This app is horrible
This app is not great at all, every single time I try to draw on the diagram, the app shuts off. It can’t even put lines. You can’t duplicate lines which would make the drawing twice as fast, when it does work at least which is pretty much never. Seriously, update this man
Antiquated and oversold
This program is real old. To many redundancies limiting productivity. You have to pay extra for the most used form of communication, text. While this program has a lot of options, it lacks intial import of information, any real training, and daily hurdles to make it workable. They have more add ons that an airline. Do yourself a favor and find another program.

Okay
From a technicians stand point, the app works okay for the most part. The only thing that really bugs me out is how much time it takes to put photos in the file. You have to take 1 picture at a time and name it as you go and it’s so slow, I wish I was able to just take a series of photos and upload them all into pest pac at once. When you have 10-20 photos of a job it takes far too long to post.

Crashes after latest iOS update
We have 100+ technicians using this app on iPhones. After the most recent software update, the app crashes a few seconds after it is opened. Help!!!

Whatever y’all did on this last update made it painfully slow to load appointments.
