Very important platform and tool for pet owners to use for security of their beloved pets. Also, very easy to navigate, great design. 10/10
Unusable
Allowing people to contact me when they found my dog feels like a core feature.
However i’m unable to find how to add my wife contacts in the app. What is the point of the app then?

Microchip field error
At first, this app would only let me enter numbers, but my microchip ID has numbers and letters. Then, in another field, it let me enter numbers and letters, but said it had to be 15 characters long. My chip ID is 10 characters long. So I can’t use this app.

Picked up this collar from Chewy’s for a new puppy. Loved the ID of idea you can set up a pet profile for lost pets - without any additional expense.

Lost cat’s data
I had a pet profile registered back in 2023, before that I logged into the app using my phone number and password. And now they have changed it to email and password. From all my emails that I had, I can't log in. I just create new and new accounts, and deleting them is another task! It’s impossible! Which, by the way, should work properly in order for Apple to allow updates/releases to the page. And my cat's account was never found) I tried logging in using the saved data via Face ID - but nothing. I hope the vet's words will not be confirmed and I will not have problems due to lack of access. But still, thank you very much

We love this brand, for our first dog we got her a collar with an AirTag adapter and it has hold up very well. For that reason we made the obvious purchase of another collar for our new addition to the family, a beautiful rescue dog needing a forever home and a collar that has an AirTag adapter included so we can always find him and makes his way back home!

Excellent Must Have for a Pet
If you own a pet I highly recommend this app as it automatically registers your pet. A chip only contains a bunch of numbers. Your contact info is not in the chip. This connects the chip with a national database so you will be contacted when your pet is scanned… People learn after the fact their pet isn’t in a database… and they can’t get their pet back… I’m a user and this is excellent!!

Very easy to set up I love that I can addy cats microchip number which puts my mind at ease in case he ever did get lost he’d be able to find his way home with double security thanks to this QR tag.
