Doesn’t work anymore???
App has stopped working in the last few months. Have tried updating it, deleting and installing again and nothing. What’s going on?!
Won’t load
The app will no longer load. I checked to see if there are any available updates but there are none.
Currently not working for iOS
I used to use this app all the time but it hasn’t worked on my iPhone device for months now despite all the times that I’ve tried downloading it again - no support available. It’s a shame.
Outdated and Not Updated?
Unable to launch as of 11/28/25. Iphone 15 IOS 18.7.1
Was good when I could use it.

Doesn’t work
Can’t open the app anymore. Thats unfortunate because it was a great app.
Doesn’t load
Great when it loads but most the time it doesn’t, very annoying for an emergency situation
Great app. Just INCREDIBLY slow
Utilise this regularly however always frustrating when you’re in a hurry & it won’t load. Would be great if it was updated & much quicker. Even more frustratingly it will occasionally simply shut down.
App doesn’t load at all
You get one screen asking about permission for notifications, and then it’s just a loading screen. Nothing loads, with Wi-Fi or not
Doesn’t work
Useless now
Buffering continually
This is an amazing app……when it’s not refusing to open or disappearing for months at a time.
It’s is great but also greatly unreliable

Not working currently
Usually a really useful app. But currently when you open it just buffers continuously. Unable to report a problem with it either. Have tried removing and reinstalling but no change.
No longer opens
App is defunct
Helpful app
This is a helpful app for companion animal vets. More clarity over cat vs dog/other species would be helpful. For example paracetamol can be used at safe doses in dogs but never in cats. The app seemed to suggest use of apomorphine for inducing emesis but was not clear that this would not be appropriate in cats.

Best for vets!
I think every veterinarian should have this app, it’s saved me more times than I can count for my own pets and for patients.
Brilliant app!
I use this app a couple of times a week - really helpful and amazing compilation of all the info needed to advise on possible poisoning and treatment options. Wouldn’t mind paying for this app as it’s an amazing tool to have.
Brilliant resource
Best veterinary poisons app I have found but sadly coming up as” no longer available “ on my phone- absolutely gutted 😞
