Thanks for the kind words. Apologies for the delayed response. We get lots of feedback and occasional support requests to feedback@vin.com and little here, as a result, I am just finding this today. If you haven't already, please email feedback@vin.com for assistance. The support team can quickly remove the prior device once we know your VIN login/email. Nick, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you ran into this. Since you reached this error message, I assume you are a VIN member, which is required to log in. You discovered a bug we recently found in this relatively new app. The error you experienced happens when certain devices attempt to access drug information via the cell network. If you connect to WIFI, the issue will resolve in your current version of the App. The issue has been addressed and is resolved in the next version currently undergoing testing. Testing will be completed this week and the updated version released if no other issues are found.
