The New VetPrep Version Is a Huge Step Back
I’m extremely disappointed with the new version of VetPrep. I previously contacted their team and specifically asked to be switched back to the older version because I found the new version much harder to use.
The older version was straightforward, familiar, and much more efficient for studying. The new version feels unnecessarily difficult to navigate and has made the study experience more frustrating rather than better. When you’re preparing for an important exam, the platform should help you focus on learning—not make you spend extra time dealing with a confusing interface and changes that don’t improve the experience.
I reached out to ask if I could continue using the older version, but unfortunately, that was not an option. It’s frustrating to pay for a study resource and then have a version you found useful replaced with one that, in my experience, works significantly worse.
I hope VetPrep seriously listens to user feedback and considers either bringing back the older version or giving users the option to choose which version they prefer. A redesign should improve usability, not take away features and workflows that students relied on.

App deletes progress
WARNING!!!! Using the app will delete your study progress. I only used the mobile app for flashcards and all of my practice problem progress was deleted when I logged in on the desktop. This has happened several times.
App crashes- can’t even open
Its a hassle to get to vetprep on desktop and even worse on my ipad. I try to open the app on my ipad and it automatically crashes, it won’t open
Poor
Please fix the flash card section. I can’t separate by category like I can on the computer. So I have to do all species and topics instead of just focusing on one.
Changing to 1 star. The app will not work on my iPad. Crashes immediately. Can’t even open it up. You pay 600 dollars or more for a service that doesn’t have a functioning software. And by the way on the new vet prep they can’t even spell musculoskeletal correctly.
