Stopped working. I use to love watching my dog and he loved seeing me but I suppose the company is out of business because the app doesn’t work. Server is down and NO customer support. I spent hours trying to reinstall,,configure my internet setting ect. Very disappointed

I purchased my pet chatz… the app just reels and buffers nor will my petchatz connect to the server when I call the number listed in the device 844 444 6544 I get a recorded line trying to sign me up for life alert… I email, no reply from the company… do not wast your money on his unsupported device and app.

Brand new or used, either it’s not worth the money due to not support at all; in last days server connection down. Emails sent requesting suppor with no response back.

Miserable App
This do not work properly at all. Hangs all the time. Connection lost to server all the time. Cam are in different frame. Voice cracks majorly. Not good at all. Do not recommend at all.

I got this unit a few years back and loved how whenever my pups would bark it would alert me. That is what I mainly used it for—to check in on my pups whenever they started barking.
Recently however they added this PetWatch feature that picks up ghosts whispering. I get alerts every 10 seconds of noise even when the house is empty with no TVs or Radios on. Literally nothing is going on and it gives me alert after alert every 10-15 seconds. Nonstop. I can’t even use this anymore. It’s no longer practically and I’ve grown to hate it. Wouldn’t really recommend to anyone that would want to use it to monitor their pets. There’s no way you can keep the noise alert on and not be totally annoyed after a minute.

I get to see my dogs full day with PetWatch. The customizable notifications helps me so I don’t miss anything. It relieves my anxiety.
Game Mode Time Option
I hope they have an option to start the game mode during a chat or anytime when I want to, instead of now only can be started on schedule time.
Sometime I wanna see her playing while I'm with her at home but I have to wait until the schedule time comes to start the game mode (:15, :30, :45 or :00) 😕

How come I can’t update to use “PetChatz “PetWatch”

Updated to version 3.0 today and now I can not log in. I am VERY disappointed and quite frustrated that this issue hasn't been resolved yet after two days! I have been unable to check on my pets this entire business trip! Do you not have a testing environment to determine resolution? Also, if the unit gets disconnected from an internet connection or the screen freezes and locks the unit up (which happens so frequently regardless of app updates it's almost laughable and NEVER happens to my streaming tv device which I also leave on while I'm away) Why is there no way to restart/reset it remotely? If I am not at home and my pet is the only one in the house, they are incapable of restarting the unit! Isn't the sole purpose of this device so that one can monitor and communicate with their pet when they are AWAY from home? For the cost of this item, I would have expected a lot more product research and development to have been done before it was rolled out! I am not sure how many consumers own this device, but a lack of urgency in addressing major breakdowns, regardless of "scheduled business hours," is not the way to gain consumer confidence, achieve stellar reviews, and increase sells!

Can't log into the website or app with email and password
Can't sign in.—after only four days with this. This equipment is way too expensive for these kind of issues. Not to mention this is a way for people to "reliably" check on their loved ones. Get it fixed.
Also, the box doesn't stay connected to the wifi if you accidentally close the app before hanging up. Fix that too.

New update broke the app
I can no longer sign in to the app nor the website
Needs improved
The app freezes up upon every use. Sometimes I can call and hear and sometimes I can't. So far it won't hang up. I have to end the app session and go back into it to end the call. Hope the app improves as I really love the pet chatz idea.
