Great Improvements BUT TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS
I always end up regretting complimenting a dev because they introduce an unnecessary or obnoxious feature. Now they have added notifications which is great but now it’s TOO MANY notifications. You can’t select what notifications you want so now it’s like four individual notifications for one appointment before I start it. I don’t need the notifications after the select start time as we have a window policy.

Pet Check
We’ve been with Pet Check Technology for around 10 years now. We have worked through technology challenges but the lender and his team have been incredibly responsive when we provide feedback on the situation. Even pushing out updates solving the issues. Every year the software gets better and better! And the owner is great timers with. We highly recommend!

Getting better but still the worst basic appointment infrastructure
There have been improvements but god WHY DOES IT NEED SO MUCH LOCATION DATA?!!!! It requires way too much to the point that it chokes other apps trying to get information. Seriously dude, why aren’t you more on top of this?
Steer clear!
I used this app as a business owner to run my business for 3 years. This was one of the worst business decisions I could have made. The software it super glitchy, constantly has issues, often has bugs pop up overnight, but the worst part about it is that there was never any heads up on these issues, their support is obsolete, the updates don’t fix the key problems at hand, and the owner of the company is terribly unresponsive with a huge lack of transparency. Due to these issues, it hindered our growth and caused issues with customers and team members that were out of our control. We have since switched to a different software that we have utilized for almost two years. World of difference and it has flawlessly offered us the ability to scale and grow. I would avoid Pet Check at ALL costs!

Kills my battery
This app is decently user friendly, but the quality of photos uploaded are really bad and this app drains my battery worse than any app I’ve ever used. Which is obviously not ideal for dog walking for the majority of the day. After six hours, my battery is completely dead and my phone is brand new.
Apple Maps Support Restored
Lots of fixes in the last update. I just hope the swipe right bug when writing notes has been fixed.
Rarely Updated
So many issues with this app. Don’t know what happened to my previous reviews but it takes forever for issues to be addressed or resolved. Apple Maps functionality has been removed. I guess the dev has an axe to grind with Apple but makes the users suffer. It’s not hard to fix this issue, but give the dev a year to fix it. 🙄

App Refreshes in Background and Other Issues
If you are in an area with poor cell service and/or in Low Battery Mode (not sure which it is that causes the issue), the app will refresh in the background if you have to briefly put your phone away or switch to another app to write out notes. The note writing interface is poorly designed and you won’t be able to see everything you have written in one look at the screen. Accidentally swiping right from the edge of the screen will close you out of a walk end report, which is just a FANTASTIC (🙄😡) feature when it’s been raining outside. I would have less of an issue (and wouldn’t be as frustrated) with everything if it actually got fixed in a timely manner, but it doesn’t. It sometimes takes months for something to be addressed.

Needs notifications before the walks start
Since schedules change fairly quickly on some days, not having notifications ahead of time seems like a oversight.
