Never admitted that their app and website was incorrect
I was given the wrong cat food. After trying multiple times on WhatsApp to contact them, they kept closing the conversation. They took minutes to respond, but if I didn’t respond within two minutes, they would close the conversation.
I finally got somebody on the phone . I sent a picture of proof of my order that the picture shows a different flavor. The description is cut off, so you don’t know what flavor it is. I was told repeatedly that the app and website was correct. Yeah, I should’ve looked at the wording instead of the picture. I told him. Then. The picture is wrong, and they should fix it. He constantly told me that nothing was wrong that I should’ve looked at the wording. I repeated asked him if the picture was correct, he wouldn’t answer me instead reply that the wording is correct. I told him to look at the screenshots I sent him, it’s wrong. He never admitted any wrong information. I had to go as far as to give an far fetched example, what is you are on a dating site and the person is completely different than the picture. Would that be an example of not being correct on the information? He laughed about that and said it was a good example, but said this wasn’t the same situation… why not admit it’s wrong? I don’t understand. I would have been fine if he just said “oh I see that, let’s fix it” but instead he said he would report what I said about the article being sold. I asked him, “well what exactly are you reporting?” Still wouldn’t admit it’s wrong he just said he is reporting what I said. He finally said he was reporting so no one else has the same confusion. I sweetly asked “what would they be confused about?”… still didn’t want to say the website was wrong. We were both pleasant and calm throughout the conversation, he also replied in a sweet voice. I just don’t understand why he kept saying it was my fault. It was just an odd interaction…. And now that I am going back into my purchase and comparing to the website, it looks like I ordered the correct one and they delivered the wrong I can. Now I have to contact them all over again

Es una basura esta app, todo es mas dificil de encontrar. ME COBRÓ un pedido, no me lo registró y llevo 3 días peleando mi pedido o pago.
Doble Cargo
Primera vez que compro aquí, me hicieron doble cargo, aún no me devuelven mi dinero, tengo que estar llame y llame y ahora tengo saldo negativo en la tarjeta. Es un problema la verdad de haber sabido mejor compraba en Amazon.
Muy lenta
La aplicación es muy lenta y hace que mi celular se caliente demasiado.
Falla interdiario
Sale error a cada rato y no te permite terminar las compras. Una pena.
