Unable to add products in the cart

I have just installed the app in my mobile and I am not able to add any product to the cart, everytime I try to do that the pop up arises saying oops something went wrong. What should I do??

Never Buy from This

Never buy from this app, Products are good but they are using one of the worst delivery partners. They daily mark fake status that Premises is Closed and this is 3rd day, Blue Dart has one of the worst delivery services. I called that Delivery Partner 2 3 times but Daily he has only one statement “today you will get” “my vehicle is broken”.
During all these I got zero support from ABFRL ON CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Express Delivery my A**…it’s been 4 days and my order is still in confirmed/received status

ETA for delivery was 23rd April and my order is still in confirmed status. They did not even ship the product yet and claim express delivery in 2 days. What a joke!

Worst experience ever, while returning a product.

Never use this app to make any purchase their post sale service is worst I have ever seen with any brand. I have initiated the return 4/5 times the delivery doesn’t even attempt to pickup and updates the status as “not attempted” I mean what kind of delivery partner these guys have. Called Customer service 4/5 times, twice raised the concern on chat support, have sent escalation email to the e-commerce head, these are all of no use. Today I got a message refund processed for my order for ₹0 and the height of all this is the order screen in the app is showing product,picked,returned and refunded. Feels like these guys running a fraud having such brand name and no proper service in place. Never buying any product now on.
