Received an unbranded sold on streets worn jacket instead of Van Heusen

I ordered a jacket from the app. I was shocked to receive an unbranded used cheap street jacket instead! Customer care also did not help. Was trying to return but they cancelled the return also. So basically my money is wasted. Van Heusen took my money also and did not give me the product also! Better to donate money to those in need than give it to Van Heusen.

Riddled with issues.

Riddled with issues, first issue is when making payment which is after entering upi id or card details it shows a text stating all products out of stock, had to try 8 times with different product to place an order. Then once ordered every item is shipped separately from different locations in India, I ordered 5 items and all have different courier partners and different arrival date, that’s annoying. Suggestion is to work on app to eliminate bugs plus get a central point through which orders made through single cart check out are dispatched together. Next time I will stick to VH physical store.

Froudusters business platform

They show premium clothes on their app and when you purchase any item from the app they ship to you an old used and unbranded product. This happened to me. I purchased a shirt from the app for Rs 2107 . Because I bought the product on company’s own app , I was so faithful that I didn’t record the video of opening the package. Inside the package surprise was awaiting for me. An old, used and unbranded product was delivered to me. On asking they denied for return. THE GREAT FROUDUSTER OF OUR COUNTRY. GREAT BUSINESS.

Worst application for shopping

The application doesn’t work as it never generates an OTP. I accidentally ordered an item from my bowser . After payment debit from my account the ordered shows failed. To get a clarity on it I downloaded the app but even that doesn’t work. I am not sure how genuine this platform is as it has soo many glitches and customer support are not even able to find the details for my order. A well renowned brand with such a bad platform is ironical.

Don’t install fraud app

Don’t order online.
I order two shirt of same size and Color.
Only Only one shirt was delivered And they gave wrong status that both shirts were delivered. They don’t have any grievance system. Only way to communicate is through email. Which they never reply or reply after week with our giving any proper reply. They stole your hard earn money. Don’t Install. It’s organise scam
