A waste of time
This is app is a complete waste of time. It can’t remember my biometrics, it doesn’t recognize my Petfolk.com password, and all i seem to be able to do is make an appointment. If I’m trying to upload vaccination records from a third party low-cost vaccine clinic, I have to use Petfolk.com website anyway, so I really don’t see the need to have this useless app on my device.

Great service! Caring and compassionate!
We were so happy we brought our cat to Petfolk. They were great at diagnosing our cats issues, treating and helping us. We have found our forever veterinarians. They were affordable as well!

Downloaded app but won’t let me create account
App not working after last update
Cannot get the app to open anymore. Just flashes the dog walking and then gives me a “whoops” error.
Not much control to edit pet info

Don’t even bother. They are awful.
Pretty Useless
This is the worse app that I’ve used in quite some time. All it’s good for IS booking appointments. You can’t specify the reason for the appointment. You can’t re-schedule or cancel an appointment. You can’t chat with anyone unless you want a virtual visit. Do better PetFolk or just scrap the “so-called” app. It’s basically just a booking portal.
