Useless!!!!!!!!
Two freaking problems:
1. Can’t login on the app!
Email and password doesn’t work. And “reset password” feature doesn’t work either!!!
2. Even website doesn’t have tracking - where is my pet? “Safe at home”.
What do you mean? Where is the map? What is the point of this service and moreover this app???

Microchip for my 2 dogs
Excellent products and features easier to handle
Map information dysfunctional
My pet went missing and the app posted incorrect phone and and address information on the Petkey map for resources in our neighborhood. I reported this after my pet came back after 60 hours on his own. Apparently this was a google issue.
Don’t waste money on this pathetic excuse of an app
It’s not worth spending your time on this app, if you dog/cat goes missing good luck trying to track him down because the app won’t tell you where he is
Needs improvement
Why is there one default sighting photo? It should
1) ask if in possession before asking for photo(s)
2) allow for as many photos as possible.

Hi my name is Donny and my big bro brought it home and said just found this guy he’s amazing and sure enough he’s right the dog is amazing he just had to be missed
Can’t login on the app
The app is very difficult to use. I can easily login to the website but the app login is no where to be found. Should be obvious but it isn’t. Poorly designed
Poorly Made
This is the most poorly designed app I’ve ever tried to use. Tried to look up my pets, said I didn’t have any. Typed in the microchip number, said it was set on a private profile and so I couldn’t see it. I think to myself, ohh it must have signed me out. Guess I’ll sign in. Guess what though? No option to sign in. Don’t bother with the app, just go to the website.

Great App but needs a key addition
Like that I’m able to access the app and report our dog lost/found. But, I would love it if you could upload photos or scans of his shot records and rabies certificate. That way they would be easy access for dog friendly events that require proof of vaccinations. I have it logged into the web version - except the certificate as the documents portion doesn’t have an upload option there either or it wasn’t working when I tried.

I am so disappointed of this app. I need to update my pets profile. I said it before. I will say it again I am blind I need to use voiceover what is a app if it can’t even help of anything. I need to have my baby dog profile updated if he gets lost how can they call me? I need you to fix this. I’m so disappointed.

It is not accessible with voiceover!!! not everyone in the world can see!!! it’s not letting me change my pet profile. I want to check his microchip so I can sign up air somewhere else
Can’t even sign up
Crashes when I try to scan code, and even if I don’t I can’t get past the first info page because it keeps asking me to enter my email. Even when my email is entered with a green check, it still asks for it, WHILE it’s entered. God awful
App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing every time I choose to use the lifetime registration discount. Save $10 from the main website if you can get the app to work.
Getting pet home and product
My pets have their microchips registered through Petkey and while we have only had to use it one time the service and this app have worked great. My pets all have the pet Id tags that they wear daily and still are in good shape!
