They were absolutely wonderful. Answered all my questions and concerns, along with tips and tricks. My Boston’s terrier was happy and healthy and is now thriving with his siblings. I definitely would go back and get another puppy!

I got this app not to just look at dogs i also wanted to look at stuff like lizards and more but it only shows me dogs which I have 2 and I don’t want any more

We got our fur baby on 4/26/2025 his name is Champ. The kindness of the staff that assisted us was exceptional. They really work with you to get you what you’re looking for. I would recommend anyone to this location.

Just bought 2 ferrets everything was great the only thing is only came with 1 small bag of food knowing the food is hard to purchase at the store and it takes 3 to 4 days with chewy and I live almost 2 hours away from them I spent almost 1,500 that’s ridiculous

I’m trying to let Petland Frisco know that the app is malfunctioning on the App Store. When I try to access the app, I just gives me a burnt orange screen with a swirling white circle. Y’all really need to set something up so we can let you know when there is an in app problem. You have a report a problem page within the App Store, but nowhere to access said support.

Decent service they didn't like talking though, didn't really seem interested in answering any questions of ours but the dogs were amazing and playful great place to visit.

The app was a really great idea and I really loved it up until a little while ago because now whenever I try to open the app it just loads forever and never actually opens. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it, but it still does the same thing. If there was anyway someone could make it not glitch that would be great!

I downloaded the app and they dont list any for Indiana and there r several bc I have been to some and have an appointment at one.

I have both an IPhone 13 Pro max and a new IPad mini 6. When I open the app on either of these devices all I get is the find a puppy page.
I don’t have a puppy, I have a parrot which I purchased at your store 3 years ago. I wanted to compare your prices on a backpack carrier, to take the bird places with me. Along with prices on new food and water bowls for her with food to go with them.
I was very disappointed and can only assume that you stopped selling pet supplies for, kittens, fish, rabbits , birds, and/or all other pets except puppies.

Layout
The app has a different layout than the store’s website accessed through a browser. It makes it impossible to log-in to my account and access my pet’s profile.

i had walked into petland just looking around and i was looking for a dog and the coworkers kennedi and alyssa helped me out alot and explained every little detail and helped me give my precious baby oakley a forever home. I highly recommend getting a puppy or any animal from petland grove city! Everyone at petland loved to see oakley find a good home she was so loved and still is!

Petland is a good store in Athens it has really good employees and they let you look and play with the animals that you would like to see and the app is really good to see what all animals are still available l.this is a really good place to get an animal

We went to Petland to add to our family for Christmas, Geordan was more then just helpful. We couldn’t get the pup the day we wanted due to credit card issues, so he talk to his manager which we thank as well. They put the puppy on hold for us until after thanksgiving. Now! Viola! We have Tede
