What is wrong with this app?!?

I have been a Petco customer for years; but all of a sudden something changed and I can no longer get into my account. No matter what I do, NOTHING works! I’ve restarted my phone, removed the app and reinstalled it from the App Store, I’ve tried to get a text from the app and a phone call so I can set up my fingerprint sign in-NO GO!! I’m beyond angry. I had everything working just fine until whatever update happened and then it all went to poo! If I don’t get into my app soon, you will lose me as a customer.

Login Failure

If you are expecting this app to let you log in so you can order things, don’t count on it. Passwords and passkeys both fail regardless of whether you are on cellular or WiFi. Even force quitting the app doesn’t work. Skip the app.

It’s always an issue with this app. My dogs have grooming appointments tomorrow 9/6/26 at 8:00 am but the app says no appointments, despite my receiving email confirmation of the appointments.
