Why is the app so bad
The app is so bad. Searching for dog food and many times with with give and error though on the website it works fine. Clunky interface.
I’m torn
I usually love auto ship. I get it every time no hassle. This time I received a bag that was cut open and food everywhere. There was a 4 inch slice. The food is very expensive and to receive only a partial order is very frustrating. 😡
Poor Customer Service!
It is impossible to reach a human being for customer service. No phone number to call. I keep getting routed to a chat bot to resolve a problem of items missing from my auto-shipment, with no real resolution offered. It’s infuriating and unacceptable.

Can’t book an appointment
The app needs some help. I can’t book an appointment, I can’t shop prescriptions, the signing is also doing something weird. Pages keep crashing, I click buttons and nothing happens. What’s going on here?
