I have been using Chewy for 7 to 8 years and they have always worked hard to make sure I am taken great care of for my fur babies I can’t say enough good things about them. Please use them you and your fur babies will be taken such good care of .!!!!!!

I love Chewy! They have the best customer service of any organization I've dealt with. While I rarely have any issues, the few times I have, they were resolved within minutes, and customer service agents are exceptionally warm, empathetic and efficient. They go out of their way to show appreciation for their customers.
I have so many stories about how they have gone above and beyond for us--one example is when we overestimated how much insulin our diabetic cat had while we were out of town (this was right after she was diagnosed, so we were still learning the ropes). The house sitter called us and told us that she only had maybe 2 doses left. I immediately called Chewy, explained the situation, and they sent it the very next day, no extra charge.
Another time I made an expensive purchase (automatic litter box) and then got hit with Covid. By the time I was well enough to set it up, I discovered there was a glitch, but it was past the 30 days for returns. I was frustrated and left a bad review for the item, but I expected nothing because technically, it was my fault for waiting so long. Within hours, they contacted me. They told me that since I was such a loyal customer (bought insulin and diabetic cat food from them for years and well as regularly buying other cat items), they would give me a full refund. They even sent the shipping container so the shipping was free (it was a very large item)!
The only very minor complaint I have isn't with the company but the app itself--it's a bit glitchy. Not always, but enough to notice--sometimes pages load slowly, occasionally it freezes, and a couple of times, it glitched out while I was on the middle of a purchase and I would have to come back later to complete it. So if I could deduct a tenth of a star, I would lol. But it's still more convenient that having to go to the web page and frankly, Chewy is such a stellar company that I can overlook occasional annoyances.
If you have a pet, I highly recommend you try Chewy instead of Amazon or Walmart. They're just a wonderful organization and they go out of their way to make their customers happy.

reverts back to old addresses
i’ve been getting all my orders at the same address for more than 6 months. suddenly my most recent one was delivered to an address i moved away from a year ago.
for some reason the app shows that this old address and phone number are the primary - despite having changed myself 6 months ago. now i am out the money and got nothing for it.
what’s even worse is that Chewy app will also not allow me to delete my payment information so i can delete my account. please keep this in mind whenever you hear about their ongoing security failures with their customers’ payment info.
