Rotten dog food
I’ve had 2 orders of wet dog food from 2 different brands order to my house and they arrived rotten so I’m no longer using chewy for dog food watch out for rotten food

Shipping damage issue
FedEx is harming your business. Virtually all of my cat food deliveries arrive with damage to cans. My last shipment the box was crushed in on one corner, and 2 cans were crushed and completely open with contents on the other cans. Please look into this issue. I won’t continue with Chewy for my pet food if this continues.

It kept deleting what I wanteds and adding back the one thing I kept deleting.
Great prices - deals ! Sometimes horse tack out of stock.

Misleading BDAY20 code
Bella’s birthday coming up, offered a BDAY code, tried to use for an e tra order of her allergy chews. Site says choose something it applies to. The code for the birthday should apply to any product I buy!

Every time I have spoken to a customer service representative they have been very kind and helpful. Just this last call the service representative assured me that I would get the deal advertised on the website even if it may have been a mistake. I appreciate that honesty was rewarded!
