I have been ordering from Chewy for multiple years. I use both the auto ship option and just the one time ordering. The auto ship really helps me stay on track for my fur kids special needs. I like Chewy immensely. Their customer service is easy to get hold of and work with if necessary. I rarely need customer support.

We have been Chewy fans for many, many years—well over 20 (back when it was Mr. Chewy—and we always will be as long as we have our fur babies! 🐾❤️ Chewy has truly been a godsend to us. Having everything delivered right to our door makes life so much easier, and if we ever have an issue (which has been very few and far between), Chewy always resolves it quickly and goes above and beyond.

I’ve been using Chewy for several years and have always had a great experience! Their customer service is the best ever!!
Charged without consent
Not everything was bad. Support was quick and helpful, savings were okay. I set up an autoship order for weekly cat food, and yesterday I pressed skip autoship, which Chewy confirmed for this week since I had already purchased the food in store. I wake up this morning to find the order has been charged anyways, and now I'm out $70 that was needed for another bill, that I will now be receiving a late fee on because Chewy says they need 48hrs to return the money they were never supposed to have in the first place. Decent company, but just be hesitant with autoship. Seen many similar reviews on Reddit.

Always reliable
I just love chewy - customer for at least a decade. The pharmacists are efficient, knowledgeable and sympathetic. They recently expedited an order for my sick cat and spared us a lot of stress and pain. The products arrive fast and tracking is easy.
Prescription meds
Was a little complicated to figure out since I am new to using Chewy but very convenient. But if some meds aren’t approved, I’m hoping I get reimbursed.

Chewy’s Customer Service is absolutely superb. I have never had a bad experience and I don’t think I ever will.
They want sent flowers when we lost our dog and have also sent very nice handwritten cards for other pets that have passed. It is super easy to be able to place an order and have it delivered to our house and even having the subscribe and save so you don’t even have to worry about running out is amazing. The only downside I have is not on Chewy. It’s regarding FedEx because they are delivery system and guys are not great. They leave stuff out in the elements way too often.
However, if there’s anything damaged or wet, broken, chewy is always ready to step in and fix it
