i am a foster for kittens and petriage is what i was told to use for emergencies. their “live nurse” phone number they give you is DISCONNECTED!!!!! insane. no other way to get in contact with anyone. my foster kitten passed within the hour. i am absolutely devastated.
Cannot proceed
As mentioned, the app freezes when it comes to adding my pet. I cannot proceed with the app at all.
Only for dogs and cats
Please add parrots. Otherwise I can’t use as the app only supports dogs and cats.
Bad app
Sign up was easy enough but when I try to add a pet, it freezes when I try to select a breed, and you can’t continue without the breed. Useless. My cat is sick and I can’t use the app to get pics and info to my vet.

Pls Fix
Great app, easy to use. Doesn't allow editing my cat’s actual data. Online profile posts as not spayed/neutered. Tried to update the profile but it doesn’t allow saving it (the “save” button returns no result).

Efficient, Personable and Effective
Our veterinarian uses this platform and after my dogs procedure we were able to have communication and I was able to send photos of my dogs injury. We conversed back and forth without an appointment. He was very responsive. I get very comfortable with the app and it’s ability to deliver my information and to also retrieve my info from the doctor. Thank you for providing a secure platform to be able to communicate about my pet without having to drive to the vet for every single appointment.

It takes ages to sign up and if your vet doesn’t support this app, you have no other choice but to delete it. Google would work way better.
No more Googling what to do!
I love how easy it is to use. Really scary when your pet is having uncommon symptoms and not knowing what to do. Petriage helps me in becoming my go to source by sharing the symptoms and knowing the urgency of my pets symptoms. Because my vet has partnered with them I know that she will also be getting those symptoms in my pets profile!
