I want to like this but it’s day one and I have reinstalled the app multiple times and restarted collar and recharged it since within 12 hours it was dead

Don’t waste your money not only does the charge last only 25 to 30 minutes

I didn’t realize there was no manual control as i had thd same issue with other electronic products that required u to use your phone .

DOES NOT WORK
My boyfriend and I have been sitting here for over 2 hours trying to get the app and collar to connect. We’ve tried calling the number and it doesn’t work. The app is useless and won’t let us use the live chat or submit a complaint either. The instructions also say how to reset the collar and we can never get it to blink 5 times. Serious waste of our time and money.

How can I rate it
While trying to use this to train my dog, constantly interrupted with rate this app!!! While trying to use the training tools to train my dog.. so dumb!

I wish this app offered notifications like when the batter needs to be charged.
Doesn’t work.
Won’t connect to the collar. Don’t waist your money your only paying for frustration.
Widget
Id like to see the app add widget feature or make it sothat it was compatible with accessibility features (not sure that it’s possible) but it would be cool to utilize the two tap on the back of the iPhone to open the app. By the time I open the app to correct behaviour, it is too late to be effective.

Smart dog training collar
After using one day, it seems to do what it’s suppose to. I am a little discouraged that there is no way to see how low the battery is and/or if I need to charge it. Also, we have an issue of it not working with an Android Ae10, which is what my husband uses. The app works on my iPhone XR, but the idea was that my husband would put it on his phone.

Works well
Have used on my rescue dog first to stop running off; 2nd to stop chasing after cars coming and going from our house; and 3rd to learn parameters of camping spot. Had to shock her twice in the beginning but the tone signal is all we need now. Luckily she’s a very intelligent dog. After update of software though I cannot see battery status

this app is garbage.
Phone app does not work that well…
Bottom line, collar works great so I would try one with a remote instead.
Range is closer to 30-40 yds not 70 yds. App has to reconnect anytime you open it or your phone goes to sleep. It is not very functional for passive trading like a walk because my phone would go to sleep and take 30 secs to reconnect same thing for passive training in my backyard.

Wonderful!
I was having so much trouble keeping up with my dogs quick erratic behavior problems. Each situation would be so quick and so fast that it was out of control immediately until I started using this chain system.I showed him that I was carrying it around in my phone when I put it on him. I gave him a good boy beep a few times and praised him and then simply explain to him that he had to now listen to me or I was going to zap him.Well he gave me a funky little look that told me he completely understood me. It only took a couple situations and now he is a good boy almost all the time.
Of course, I’m sure I’ve ran into other situations where I will have to use the zapper or the buzzer, but it sure works! It’s so great because he loves hearing the good boy peep and getting praised after he’s a good boy or just because I want to praise him. I hardly have to use any vibration or shocking at all because he listens to me now. 😁

App wouldn’t close and shocked pet numerous times- frightening - did not cut out.
I would have hoped that there is a cut out involved somewhere. This glitched and shocked our pet countless times. Frightening, had for 8 weeks. Never connects when needed, would have rather donated the money for this collar then wasted it like this.

We have multiple dogs and now have 3 different shock collars. This one is great if I am in the room or near him outside. But to correct him when I am in the other room, it is useless.
